Survey Scout (SurveyScout.com) founded in 2003 and headquartered in Denver Colorado. They are what is known in the online paid survey industry as a survey aggregator site as they do not have any surveys or their own nor are they owned by a market research company. 

There is nothing untowards or even questionable about how they operate as there are many similar sites function in this way such as survey compare and Survey AllStars with a slight difference they only have a list of surveys that they are affiliate with. 

To be straight checking out my Survey Category  you will see hundreds, some 300+ to date that I have reviewed if it is a list of survey sites that you are looking for. 

This online survey site also has other tasks in which you can earn from, which I will talk about in a moment.

I suggest that you figure out which pf these task pay the most and start with that one to maximise your earning potential.

• 1. A List Of Legit Online Surveys Sites

When you first check out their website they look like any of the surveys sites that you have seen before, unless you take a deeper look and study what they have on offer and you will notice that they only offer a list of what they consider to be the top surveys sites. 

What this means to you is that you will not be taking a single survey on their platform as they, as their name suggest have scouted for the very best paid survey sites, of which only after signing up and becoming a member will you get access to that list. 

Well, 

you can get to see a shorter more limited list without joining but to get the full list you need to be a member.

This is not something that I liked to see at all as you can find hundreds for free just by looking at my survey category and scrolling through the hundreds of surveys sites i have reviewed or just google "best survey sites list" and you will see hundreds, maybe even thousands!. 

I am disappointed by the list of sites displayed as they don't tell you what the best earning surveys sites are for you, but more for them based on how much they will earn from your participation or for joining their survey sites. 

Some great sites like PrizeRebel and Swagbucks are blatently missing, as are other top paying sites. 

What I can tell you for sure is the sites that they direct you to are legitimate, so no worries there at all.

• 2. Reading And Writing Reviews

With this platform you can leave a review of the survey sites you have tried or the ones you see in this area. 

This, as the owner of one of the most accurate and honest review sites you will find on the internet I find a little distasteful. 

Being incentivised to leave a review is not exactly independent. The reviews that I write here do not have affiliate links and are thus not incentivised in this way, even for the opportunities that I like and rate highly. 

I have a preference for seeing good honest reviews on independent review panels and forums like Reddit and the beer money forum. 

To be clear here, I have not seen anything that indicates or even suggests that survey scout attempt to influence your review or the review of another member be it in a negative or positive way but there is that lingering financial incentive. 

• 3. Information About The Paid Survey Sites

This platform has a good information about each of the survey opportunities that they recommend, this is a very nice welcome plus rather than just a simple list. 

Unfortunately,

there is a lot of meat but no real beef, if you know what I mean. 

There is no real information that you cannot get else where or from the survey sites themselves. 

They do a few extra facts and additional information which is nice. 

• 4. Receive Promotions

Survey Scout, as a site has the need to generate revenue which they do by having promotions on their website. 

Unfortunately their promotions are on the pushy side and you get them in the very first email that they send you, and every subsequent email for that matter. 

I have no issue with them doing that but it get tiring when you are bombarded with them left, right and centre for every single email without providing any real value. 

There are literally thousands of survey sites online that you can consider as alternatives to this platform. I have compiled a list of the best paid survey sites that you can consider.

These are the best paying surveys sites if you are within a certain popular demographic and work well you may earn as much as US$50 per month, but this is going to take around an hour per day.
