I always do a detailed background check, there is no listing for Club Cash Fund on the BBB website, which means they are not making much noise or getting many people to join them. 

I have seen 2 previous cash gifting scams listed as warnings on the Better Business Burea website with the appropriate warning attached. 

The official standing of Club Cash Fund would be not accredited and not rated. 

This is clearly a network marketing opportunity, and thus if genuine they would apply for membership to the Direct Sellers Association. 

Naturally, with no products or services to sell Club Cash Fund are not members and do have membership pending the completion of an audit. 

There is no mention of Club Cash Fund On the Truth In Advertising Website, simply put they have not flashed up on their radar. 

Another signal this opportunity is not getting much attention on a mass scale.

This there is no question at all about it. The only "product" is a cash gift. A Bundled marketing suit or tools does not prevent them from being cash gifting scheme.

In my opinion Club Cash Fund is a Ponzi scheme due to they way in which it operates with cash payments from new members benefiting older members. 

When you join money is passed up to at least 3 older members, your immediate upline sponsor and their sponsor plus the owner and administrator of the scheme!.

This is where the bulk of the money circulating in the scheme goes. 

This is not something that I like to do at all as I am a genuine positive Pete kind of guy with a glass that not half full but brimming and overflowing!.

When something is a clear and evident scam that causes and has the potential to cause a lotheartache for many people I see absolutely no good in that. 

Besides it is a scam and there is nothing to like about that!.

They very type that will take part in a scam like this just hoping it could be the very answer to their prayers!.

It genuinely possible for you to make money with cash gifting schemes like this but it fully dependent on your getting in early and being able to recruit many others into the scheme.

Old school Ponzi Schemes were ran as a one man show who done the recruiting that perpetuated the scam.

In the digital age Pyramid recruiting gets pegged on to Ponzi schemes where the participants help the scam by finding and recruiting the "fresh blood" to keep it going. 

Strictly speaking Club Cash Fund operates like a Multi-level Marketing company without products being attached to it. 

They pay over more than 1 level and yes, technically they fall into the category of an Illegal Multi-level Marketing Business Opportunity. 

A scam is when an act of deception or fraudulent behaviour results in a financial loss. 

There is fraudulent behaviour taking place due to the illegality of cash gifting schemes and the Ponzi/Pyramid Scheme elements. 

The financial loss in the cost of taking part in the scheme. 

I strongly reccommend that you have nothing to do with any cash gifting scheme let alone Club Cash Fund.

This is only going to end in tears when it eventually collapses.
