What Is Club Cash Fund?

Club Cash Fund Is a "Mailbox Money" cash gifting scam where you are, as the name suggest, required to send money to a mailling address to as a joining fee and get your name and address added to a list of participants to recieve money from others.

Once you are confirmed as a member you are obliged to send money to others as a cash gift in the hope that in a chainlike fashion others "return the favour" multiple time over leaving you in profit as your name is rotated in the system.

In short it works with a Pyramid Scheme structure to ensure money is flowing and members higher up in the "chain of command" make money and end up profiting.

There is also that good old element of a Ponzi Scheme as money from new "investors" is being used to pay the older "investors".

Similar Cash Gifting Scams are:

Who Is John "Chad" Stalvey?

John Stalvey, also known as Chad Stalvey is a serial scammer and has run a number of very questionable programs and money making opportunities.

Those last 3, are all a simple flow of being the same program just getting rebooted each time.

Finish Line Network is currently in decline and will be, I suspect be reborn as something else soon after!.

Leopard and spots as they say!.

Club Cash Fund Lawsuit

There are no current lawsuits filed against Club Cash Fund at this moment in time.

I am not expecting there to be any either as with cash gifting schemes very few, if any take legal action or report the scam to authorities.

These kind of  "companies" tend to shut down very quickly!.

The Club Cash Fund Product Line

There are no products, physical or digital or any services associated with Club Cash Fund.

The only marketable "product" is membership to Club Cash Fund.

(membership to a private club cannot be and is not legally defined as a product or service).

For The sake of clarity, the law in regards to network marketing and MLM's there must be a retailable item must be available.

The retailable item can be a physical or digital product, or a service.

This is what makes network marketing opportunities involving digitally available products such as educational items available via audio or video or PDF to be perfectly legal.

Insurance, finance and legal opportunities like:

Are not considered as pyramid schemes despite having no physical product, their retailable item is genuine bonafide service.

Club Cash Fund has nothing, no product and no service.

MLM opportunities are notoriously difficult to succeed with regardless of which opportunity and company.

Mostly, this is due to a lack of training and not teaching you the key skills that you need to succeed online and earn a passive income.

My Number 1 Recommended Product will help you to make a living online by giving you the training that you need and helping you to develop the skills required to become a success online.

The Club Cash Fund Compensation Plan

Here, you are more interested in how Club Cash Fund works and how you will be paid.

First to make money with this opportunity you need to:

  1. Join Club Cash Fund.
  2. Get other people to join Club Cash Fund below you (recruitment).
  3. Help you team to recruit more people to ensure you and they keep receiving cash gifts.
Club Cash Fund How It Works

Your income is entirely received in the form of gifts with no retailable products or services associated which is a legal minefield.

The least of your worries should be the taxable income, talking straight up mail fraud, wire fraud, computer crimes act, operating and participating in the operation of an illegal pyramid scheme.

Yes, jail time is a distinct and genuine possibility!.

Getting Started With Club Cash Fund

To take part is this cash gifting mail fraud scheme need to pay an US$100 fee to participate.

Everytime you recruit someone and the pay the joining fee of US$100, you will get a US$20 commission.

The remaining US$80 goes to your upline sponsors, the person that referred you to Club Cash Fund.

of The US$80:

  1. US$20 goes to your upline sponsor, the person that recruited you.
  2. US$20 Goes to your Upline Sponsors' Sponsor.
  3. US$20 Goes to a random Person in the Roator
  4. US$20 Goes to the company as an administration fee.

As you can clearly see, this is a simple money distribution system, nothing else to it other than money getting passed around.

The video below explains it perfectly.

Is Club Cash Fund Accredited By The BBB?

No.

I always do a detailed background check, there is no listing for Club Cash Fund on the BBB website, which means they are not making much noise or getting many people to join them.

I have seen 2 previous cash gifting scams listed as warnings on the Better Business Burea website with the appropriate warning attached.

The official standing of Club Cash Fund would be not accredited and not rated.

Is Club Cash Fund A Member Of The DSA?

This is clearly a network marketing opportunity, and thus if genuine they would apply for membership to the Direct Sellers Association.

Naturally, with no products or services to sell Club Cash Fund are not members and do have membership pending the completion of an audit.

The Truth In Advertising & Marketing

There is no mention of Club Cash Fund On the Truth In Advertising Website, simply put they have not flashed up on their radar.

Another signal this opportunity is not getting much attention on a mass scale.

 Common Complaints

By far the most common complaint that is flying around the web is this opportunity is a complete and obvious cash gifting scam.

Only This Club Cash Fund Review is claiming is is not a scam.

Quite frankly, given that site is apparently a scam busting site, I just would not trust the site owner to know what a scam is!.

He seems more interested in getting you to buy his program than to reveal the truth!.

There not a single opportunity where he does claim anything is a scam!.

Is Club Cash Fund A Cash Gifting Scheme?

Yes,

This there is no question at all about it. The only "product" is a cash gift. A Bundled marketing suit or tools does not prevent them from being cash gifting scheme.

Those tools are secondary and have no meaning to the functionality of the scheme. It is just a poor attempt to legitimise it.

At the core and bare bones of it, nothing more than John Chad Stalvey stealing money from those that join.

For John Stalvey to make money, the other participants have to lose money.

Does Cash Gifting Work?

I am as honest as the day is long. A flaw in my character if you wish, I am even honest even when it is to my own detriment.

I'd rather have a clean conscience than a guilty one for having lied and upset someone.

Yes,

Money can be made with cash gifting programs. Usually this only happens in the beginning when the program is hot and there is a huge buzz for people to get involved.

Most people don't really care or give a thought to if what they are getting involved with is a scam, a pyramid scheme or a Ponzi Scheme.

They just care if they can make money or not.

I encourage you to think about the karma of money. You have no reason for wanting or accepting "ill gotten money" or to cause harm or misery to other just for just for a US$20 payment.

Remember, what goes around comes around.

Just because you can, it does not mean that you should!.

Is Cash Gifting Legal?

Cash gifting for example when you are giving or sending a cash gift to a friend or relative or anyone else is perfectly legal as long as you are not expecting to benefit from it or recieve something in return for the gift.

In the case of cash gifting to qualify for further gifts and payments is illegal.

Cash Gifting Scheme

Is Club Cash Fund A Ponzi Scheme?

Yes,

In my opinion Club Cash Fund is a Ponzi scheme due to they way in which it operates with cash payments from new members benefiting older members.

When you join money is passed up to at least 3 older members, your immediate upline sponsor and their sponsor plus the owner and administrator of the scheme!.

This is where the bulk of the money circulating in the scheme goes.

What I Liked About Club Cash Fund

This is not something that I like to do at all as I am a genuine positive Pete kind of guy with a glass that not half full but brimming and overflowing!.

But,

When something is a clear and evident scam that causes and has the potential to cause a lotheartache for many people I see absolutely no good in that.

Besides it is a scam and there is nothing to like about that!.

What I Did Not Like About Club Cash Fund

At heart of it at it core and without creating a huge list I don't like Club Cash Fund Because it is a scam and preys on desperate and vulnerable people.

They very type that will take part in a scam like this just hoping it could be the very answer to their prayers!.

Can You Make Money With Club Cash Fund?

Yes,

It genuinely possible for you to make money with cash gifting schemes like this but it fully dependent on your getting in early and being able to recruit many others into the scheme.

I advise against it as, when things go pear shaped, it is YOU folks will be calling a scammer and your reputation that will be tarnished for years to come.

Affiliate Marketing

Is Club Cash Fund A Pyramid Scheme?

Yes,

Although at the core of it it more of a cash gifting Ponzi Scheme the lack of products or retail element as well as the recruitment element fall so far in to Pyramid Territory that Tutankhamun and Cleopatra would feel at home!.

Old school Ponzi Schemes were ran as a one man show who done the recruiting that perpetuated the scam.

In the digital age Pyramid recruiting gets pegged on to Ponzi schemes where the participants help the scam by finding and recruiting the "fresh blood" to keep it going.

Is Club Cash Fund An MLM Business Opportunity?

Strictly speaking Club Cash Fund operates like a Multi-level Marketing company without products being attached to it.

They pay over more than 1 level and yes, technically they fall into the category of an Illegal Multi-level Marketing Business Opportunity.

Is Club Cash Fund A Scam Or Legit?

A scam is when an act of deception or fraudulent behaviour results in a financial loss.

There is fraudulent behaviour taking place due to the illegality of cash gifting schemes and the Ponzi/Pyramid Scheme elements.

The financial loss in the cost of taking part in the scheme.

Club Cash Fund Alternatives

Thankfully there are a number of alternatives to Club Cash Funds that are not scams and completely legal.

I suggest you give consideration and thought to building a real business and earning money from it in an ongoing sustainable was rather than hopping from scheme to scheme and program to program wondering "How long will this one last?"

I don't take part in "money making programs" - I build solid sustainable businesses in evergreen markets that earn money for an unlimited number of years using Affiliate Marketing.

I'm not going to BS you, it can take time for it to kick in but the benefits far outweigh the cons and that little bit of hard work in the beginning is worth it when you end up earning a full-time income while working only half the hours and enjoying life more.

My Club Cash Fund Review - The Final Conclusion

I strongly reccommend that you have nothing to do with any cash gifting scheme let alone Club Cash Fund.

This is only going to end in tears when it eventually collapses.

The only person that really benefits from this is the owner of the scam who is a receiver of US$20 payment for every US$100 getting circulated.
