Is 30 Day Success Formula Legit Or A Cash Gifting Scam?

30 Day Success Formula founded in 2017 by "Simon Petrowski", and is best described as an "offline" direct mail marketing program. 

I am not fully able to ascertain if Simon Petrowski is a real person or not, I do suspect this is a fictitious character.  

This opportunity is an almost carbon copy of other cash gifting schemes like 30 Minute Money Methods - an incredibly similar name too!. 

The crux of the matter is this "opportunity" you are sending cash upline to and then waiting for plenty of people in your downline to send cash to you. 

With no products involved, no retail element this is a cash gifting Pyramid scheme.

Although, there are some marketing courses attached to this scheme these are non-retail bases and thus still make the entire opportunity a cash gifting program.

There is very little to no information online or on social in regards to Simon Petrowski. Absolutely no footprint online at all!.

30 Day Success Formula Lawsuit

At this moment in time there appear to be no lawsuits filed by private individuals, companies or regulatory authorities. 

This may be due to the company and their actual being difficult to trace and track down.

Who Is 30-Day Success Formula For?

The two types of person who would take part in this opportunity.

At the lower less expensive levels to join the participants would likely be desperate for money and some financial success that they participate in this opportunity just hoping and praying that it works for them. 

This type of user would be those with a fair amount of cash to spare and willing to take the risk and just see if it would work for them. 

It is typically for those that have a preference for offline direct mail marketing than online marketing.

The products that are attached to this opportunity are rather conveniently electronically available as PDF Files. 

To get them all you will need to splash the cash and spend US$12,500.  You must send cash by Federal Express or UPS to your upline (US$6,000) and US$1,500 to their immediate sponsor, shortly followed by sending US$5,000 to the company. 

All in cash payments, no Paypal, no Payza, no check...

Very suspicious and very conveniently difficult to trace!. 

Rather erroneously this 30 Day Success Formula Review is claiming that due to products being attached to the program makes it legal and that they are operating using the affiliate marketing business model.

Both are false. 

Due to two payments passing upline, 1 to your immediate sponsor and the other to your sponsor's sponsor and payments being received both from those that you recruit into the program and those that they recruit (your recruits' recruits) it is very much a MLM model - namely a two tier unilevel compensation model. 

The very purpose of the business model adopted by the 30 Day Success Formula is not the sale of the products, which are entirely consequential, the purpose is bringing in fresh investors, this is the classic DNA of a Pyramid scheme. 

I could create a program selling paper bags full of fresh air for US$1,000 with US$300 going to your sponsor, US$200 to their sponsor US$300 to you and the rest well, to me!.

It does not make it a legal business even though I have a product attached to the opportunity the fact that the product (bags of fresh air), is inconsequential and your participation is for the distribution of cash make it an illegal pyramid scheme. 

MLM opportunities are notoriously difficult to succeed with regardless of which opportunity and company. 

Mostly, this is due to a lack of training and not teaching you the key skills that you need to succeed online and earn a passive income.

The compensation plan is basically cash gifting to older existing members of the program, adding in an element of a Ponzi Scheme to the mix.

You get compensated when you recruit others into the program and when your recruits recruit others. In other words payments are made two levels deep.

There are 7 levels to this cash gifting scheme as follows: 

• level 1: Send a cash gift of US$89 and receive a cash gift of US$30 on level 1 your direct recruits and US$20 on your level 2.

• level 2: Send a cash gift of US$250 and receive a cash gift of US$100 on level 1 and US$50 on your level 2.

• level 3: Send a cash gift of US$1000 and receive a cash gift of US$400 on level 1 and US$200 on your level 2.

• level 4: Send a cash gift of US$2500 and receive a cash gift of U$1000 on level 1 and US$400 on your level 2.

• level 5: Send a cash gift of US$5000 and receive a cash gift of US$2000 on level 1 and US$500 on your level 2.

• level 6: Send a cash gift of US$12,500 and receive a cash gift of US$6000 on level 1 and US$1500 on your level 2.

• Level 7: Send a cash gift of US$27,500 and receive US$10,000 on level1 and US$5,000 on your level 2 downline.

There is also an element of pay to play with the 30 Day Success Formula as you are only permitted to earn at the level from which you have bought in to or lower. 

This means that if you  are on level 5 and your recruit buys in at level 6 you will only receive your US$2,000 cash on that level (the level 5 payment) the US$6,000 cash gift payment for level 6 will be passed up to your sponsor or the first qualifying Level 6 member in your upline. 

Something I always check for, and I am glad I did with this one even though I was not expecting to find much. 

As it turns out The 30 Day Success Formula is listed on their database and is not accredited and F rated. 

I was able to find out a lot for information having searched for them at the Better Business Bureau. 

There are a number of alerts and warning by the BBB in regards to this "business", including and alert that all 3 of the addresses that have been used are UPS stores which likely indicated to me that this company is receiving a lot of mail as well as a lot of complaints being made to UPS in regards to their operation and then just moving to another store nearby. 

Interesting enough, the Better Business Bureau have published what appears to be a possible real contact.

As you can clearly see this is a very unsavory organisation. so much so that it make me not only question their cash gifting scam, but to question the other names on their list - since you are gifting cash, and not a check you might just easily be sending the whole lot to properties owned or rented by the scammer.

Or to those in collusion with them. After all, what benefit does a scammer have in keeping track of each individuals upline and downline and who is owed what amount. 

This they might do for the first 20,30,50 or whatever number it takes to get the scam off the ground and going. 

It does not take a genius to figure out there are a number of complaints about 30 Day Success and it is pretty easy to figure out what those complaints are! 

Yep!. Not receiving any money at all. 

There are various pricing points available with the 30 Day Success Formula, one for each of the 7 different levels with costs ranging from US$89 to US$27,500. 

There are "products" attached at every level to make it appear that there is a retail elements to this "business". All of the products are of no value or inconsequential including credit repair...for US$5,000.

And US$27,500 for the "option" of buying an online store.

Note the use of the word option - you don't actually get the online store. Besides you get an online store for less than US$500 from a freelancer on Upwork!

The products have no or little meaning to the whole process, the cash gifts are clearly based on recruitment and getting others into the scheme.

I am not a lawyer nor claim to be, it is my understanding that the 30 day success formula is not only guilty of wire fraud but of computer fraud also.

There are a number of sites claiming that 30 Day Success Formula is Legit simply because there are products involved - again - no retail activity is actually taking place. 

No receipt for sale of products is given, and if this is the case you would send the money alongside an order form to the company only and not mail cash forwards to two other people (as well as the "retailer"). 

In such commercial activity were legit they would, like all other legal and legit MLM's would forward due payments themselves.

It is never a pleasure to say that there is nothing good or nothing to like about a company or opportunity. 

Normally I can say something good and positive like a refund policy - even for a scam. Even the company's "Iron Clad 90 Day Money Back Guarantee" is as iron clad as a wet paper bag!. 

As proven by the complaints made and filed at the BBB it is not being honoured. 

There is nothing to like at all about a scam that could end up with you having your assets frozen and a lot of trouble with the law.

Unwittingly and unknowingly taking part is this scam and perpetuating it is not an excuse.  

There are obviously a lot of things that I did not like about this cash gifting chain letter scam. 

Here are a few!

• It's a Scam!
• It's a fraud! Wire fraud & computer fraud
• It's Chain letter scam..
• It's a Pyramid Scheme. 
• You can end up in a lot of trouble because of this "success formula".

I won't be a fool and deny it, but to do so you would be committing a crime. 

Also, this is not sustainable business model. If you are looking for making money you will need to get 3 recruits every month, continually. 

Assuming just 10 people take part in this scam and each get 3 people to join..3 is just a basic number you want to make money right..

And 10 people starting the program is incredibly low!. 

With those numbers, by the 14th cycle of recruiting, the whole thing collapses and the scam is dead!.

Absolutely no doubt about it. Although their are claimed retail item - these items are not actually retail item no shopping cart, not buying of the actual items. The Program exists just to gift cash to others. 

I have pointed out the retail side of this business is faux pas. There is no option on the site for you to buy the products without cash gifting two other people.

Yes, without a doubt, 30 Day success formula functions using a Unilevel 2 level deep compensation plan where you are gifting cash two levels deep and recieving cash two levels deep. 

Absolutely no doubt about this one at all. 

It is a scam, mail fraud, wire fraud, computer fraud pyramid scheme with a touch of Ponzi Scheme thrown in!. 

False advertising and false income claims can be added to that list. 

And that is only a ones that I can name. There may be more crimes associated with this one. Scam Yep! no doubt about it!.

You should seriously question any one or any site claiming this is not a scam!.

You should in no way whatsoever get involved with this rather dangerous scam. It one of those that you can call the scam of all scams!. 

As I pointed out above there are a lot of crimes involved with this company. Take no part in them and please have nothing to do with this company at all!.
