How Dubli works as a business is very easy to figure out. They are a site that is able to offer you discounts on a variety of products from various stores and products due to a special relationship that they have. 

They get a special deal for being able to generate a large number of sales and share their purchasing power with you, the end consumer. 

Naturally, they earn cash too due to being able to get sales for the merchant in which you bought the product from.

It is a business model that is very common amongst cashback sites and creates a very sweet win-win-win for all 3 parties involves. 

The merchant wins They get sales, You win, you save money and get decent cashback and Dubli win they generate revenue.

For most people the regular membership will get their all the cashback offers that they need with no real great benefit from the premium option. 

You will also be able to earn reasonably well with the regular membership. 

Dubli and the Dubli Network are not so much a money making opportunity but more a cashback membership site which also has a option for you to earn with them.

Let's now talk about each of the 3 above in greater detail.

• 1. Cashback Offers

As a cash back site they obviously have a wide range of legit cashback offers for you to take advantage of.  

There is not a lot to explain here other that you get money of the items that you want to take advantage of, pay the regular price and then after a preset period of time or straight away at check out you get the agreed discount amount as cashback.  

When you become a free or premium VIP member you can then log in to the Dubli.com website and see which cashback benefits and offers are available for you to take advantage of and enjoy. 

In order to get your reward you MUST use the link that is on their site. 

• 2. Discount Coupon Offers On Dubli

This, like the above cashback offers is not an earning opportunity and another way of saving money from stuff that you purchase. 

Still, anything that gets you a discount is worth keeping in mind as a penny saved is a penny earned as they say. 

The way the coupons function are the same as any coupon site that you would expect to, you see and save the coupon and use it prior to it expires (if it has an expiry date) and get a discount for that item due to having used your coupon. 

If you don't feel like using their special link you have the option of installing SaveMate Extension for Chrome Browser. 

This extension automatically applies the Dubli coupon when available when you are shopping online which helps you to save money, even when you are not logged into Dubli website or even forget to use their special link. 

• 3. The Dubli Referral Program

This is the only way in which your can legitimately earn money with Dubli, by inviting your family, friends and other people to join them and save cash on their regular purchases. 

With this referral program your referrals are obliged first earn a minimum of US$25 in cashback before you can earn US$5. 

US$5, which works out as a neat 20% cash. It is certainly worth your while working hard, working well and getting the best out of the referral program.

It stands to reason that with Dubli to make money you need to spend money, which as I have pointed out leaves you at a net loss. 

This is not at all a particular fault or flaw with Dubli, all cashback sites function on that premise. 

However, you can earn money with the Dubli Referral Program. A one time US$5 fee per referral when then have earned US$25 cashback. 

How much you can earn as a total in terms of real earnings will fully depend on your ability to recruit. I can only estimate around US$25 to US$50 per month based on you being able to recruit 1 or 2 people per week. 

I am delighted to inform you that it is very easy for you to get your earnings from Dubli. You must first accumulate US$25 as cashback. You can then claim your earning and get them sent directly to Your PayPal account. 

If you are residing in India you can withdraw to PayTM, which is the only option, unfortunately. 

What I did not like is the withdrawal fees for getting your earnings and cashback which is currently US$1.00 is you are based in the United States and US$2.00 if you are outside the US. You may also be charged between 1 to 2% of your earning as a withdrawal fee. 

Currently, the processing time to get your money in your account is from 7 to 10 working days, about a week and a half to 2 Callander weeks. 

I strongly advise you to be proactive in you approach to your internet safety and your quest to earn money online. To steer clear of scams and shoddy opportunities you need to do a bit more than just checking out a few reviews here and there. 

You need to do your background checks. I have got your first one done for you by checking out Dubli at the Better Business Bureau and Unfortunately found that there is no listing making them officially Unaccredited and Not Rated. 

I have searched in all the regular forums, social media groups, various websites and unfortunately and very disappointed not to find any verifiable income proof. 

While income is low and it is rare for people to post income proof from cash back programs I was rather convinced there would be at least a few delighted consumers that would be delighted to brag of their savings - at least as a marketing tool to aid them to get referrals and earn a little bit of extra cash. 

There are a few good things about Dubli that I obviously like, which were: 

• You can get cashback on your regular purchases. 
• They have an amazing range of cashback on your regular purchases. 
• You can earn some extra cash by referring people to Dubli. 
• You can get paid By PayPal.
• They are an international opportunity. 

There are something that I did not like about Dubli which were: 

• There are not accredited or rated by the BBB.
• They are not really a way of earning money. 
• The withdrawal fees are too high and, really you shouldn't have any!

Yes, 

You absolutely can make and earn money with Dubli as they have a lucrative referral program that you can take advantage of. But earning are hardly likely to push you towards triple figures monthly in earning. 

You are likely to save a lot of money with this website, as this is the main reason for its existence - not to have you make money but the save it in the form of cashback.  

I am rather concerned regarding the frequent complaints of not getting paid the cashback when it is due and does raise some serious doubts regarding their legitimacy.

However,

That alone does not quite qualify them, at least within a legal context to be defined as a scam. I warn and advise you to proceed with caution with that in mind. 

I am not at all afraid to call a spade a spade and call out a scam when I see one, they do need to fit the legal definition before I will do so. 

While I do like Dubli and the sheer amount of cashback deals that are on offer I am rather concerned about the complaints made on various boards regarding them not actually parting with it and paying you your cashback. 

With that in mind and the meagre likelihood of only being able to earn around US$50 at tops I think that this opportunity is something that you are best to skip over and have a loot at not only much better cashback opportunities that have stronger reputation for paying the cashback when it is due.

I would not under any circumstances look at at Dubli or any other kind of money saving opportunity as means of making money.
