ReceiptPal Is an App for your smartphone that rewards you with cash back for uploading your shopping receipts. You Simply take a photo of your receipt displaying the data clearly and that's it!.

On the face and surface of it ReceiptPal does not seem all too different from Receipt Hog Or Ibotta.

ReceiptPal as mentioned enables you to earn cash prizes and gift cards just for simply sending them a photo fo your receipts - which must a whole receipt image. 

When you connect your amazon and email accounts your online purchases automatically get credited saving you time and effort. This aspect makes ReceiptPal work like a lovely cashback personal assistant!. 

Other apps that also have this feature are Paribus and Dosh App.

ReceiptPal, nor Paribus or DoshApp read your emails. If that is a concern then simply set up a specific email address for your apps like that. It is what I do - just an added layer of security.

Those market research companies pay ReceiptPal for that kind of information and data. 

Who is ReceiptPal For?

it appears that the target audience and user of this app is divided into two groups of users. 

The front end user and the backend users. 

The front end user is people like you and me who quite rightfully want cashback and to save money on everyday purchases - both online and offline.

The Backend user. This typical users is market research companies and brands that wants and needs information based on consumer behaviour. 

How To Earn ReceiptPal Rewards

Earning ReceiptPal rewards is super easy. Firstly you need to download and the app - just click the links below to get it!.

Once you have the app installed you then need to register with them and become a member. 

The app it totally free and easy to use. 

If privacy is a big deal for you and you don't want to integrate you email with them fine. It is not obliged, but you do need to use an email to register with them - just don't integrate it with the app if you have privacy concerns. 

As I mentioned, you can always set up a separate email account just for this very purpose -  I suggest using ProtonMail - it is free and fully encrypted!.

Integrating your Amazon account - as it is with integrating your email, is completely optional. 

The advantage is automation and have ReceiptPal scan your amazon account and email account for digital receipts Vs doing it manually for your digital purposes.  

Receipt Uploads

For every 4 uploads that are approved you can earn 100 points. Essentially each receipt is worth 25 points. 

Currently the ReceiptPal App permits a maximum of 5 receipt cards of 100 points each per week meaning a maximum of 500 points is possible per week. 

Receipts Accepted

The receipts accepted must be crystal clear showing the required details. which are: 

1. The Merchants Or Vendors Name
2. Date Of Purchase
3. Total Amount Spent
4. Phone Number, alternatively the Zip Code of the store
   

If any of those details are missing then the receipt is deemed as invalid. 

Your purchase must be made in US Dollars and of consumer goods typically accepted restaurants, clothes, convenience stores and Gas Stations. 

Note: Use GetUpside for gas savings!.

Not Accepted are utility bills, phone bills, loans,lottery tickets, game tickets. mortgage or receipts for returned items. 

Online payment processors such as Payza or paypal etc are not accepted. Receipts older than 72hrs and duplicate receipts are not accepted - no trying to send the same receipt twice!.

Your receipts must also be in the English Language. If you use a VPN to send your receipt you will be disqualified. 

When And How Does ReceiptPal App Pay You?

No actual cash will be paid to you directly by ReceiptPal but I will show you way to get cash in moment. 

The ReceiptPal App uses reward only system to reward you for your efforts. I am not talking about their points system they reward you only in giftcards. 

When you sign up you get given 5 receipt cards worth 100 points each - effectively 500 points for getting started.  

Unfortunately you won't receive actual money for your receipts. ReceiptPal uses a reward system to reward their app users. As soon as you sign up, you will receive a 500 point sign up bonus.

It is best to let your points accumulate as more points = greater giftcard value. One of the plus points of this app is that your points never expire - as long as you upload at least one receipt every 90 days.

Your receipts that you send it are processed in 24hrs. 

When it comes to "cashing out" your gift card is available immediately. 

Usually your receipts will be processed within twenty-four hours. Once you cash in your points for a gift card, the gift card will be available to you almost immediately.

How to get actual money? 

This is actually very easy and neat. Select Amazon giftcard as this is highly desired and retains the highest value and then go to CardCash website and exchange it for money there. 

Easy!.  

Evidently this is not going to be a solid and reliable way of making money on a sustainable basis.

Precedence is always given to complaints made to the Better Business Bureau as this is an official channel. Complaints made here are much more valid that internet chitter chatter!.

No, ReceiptPal is not a money making opportunity. This is a cashback money saving kind of thing and while it is always great to save money you don't make money by spending it....

I have seen absolutely nothing at all to indicate that this app or the company behind it are operating a scam in any way at all!.
