The very first, most obvious, and probably the best method is to send emails to your subscribers. 

This is much more simple than you think it is. You simply capture email addresses and contact details of those that visit your site. 

Effectively speaking you are building your audience and later, you can divert that traffic to anywhere you wish. 

1. To a regular blog post on your site
2. To a review
3. To sales page
4. To an affiliate offer directly

Should you elect to send your subscribers to any one of the last 3 you have the potential of making money by sending emails. 

As a word, you should not overload your subscribers with offer after offer after offer. They will get tired and unsubscribe quickly, which why it is ok to send them to a regular blog post or just send an informative email with no links at all. 

Always provide value to your subscribers. 

To do this you need a few tools, and the best part is you can set up it all up to work automatically like an automated money making system. 

The tools that you will need are as follows:

2. Email Autoresponder Like Convertkit

This method is email marketing and is a skill that you can easily learn. It has been said that much more money is made from email marketing than any other revenue generating method. 

In my opinion hands down Convertkit wins this battle against all other Autoresponder services. 

I have used a number of other autoresponder tools including the most popular and market leader Aweber, which I used for around 6 years. 

Aweber, don't get me wrong is awesome and very effective and gets the job done but my goodness it is a bit "clunky". 

If you are running multiple lists from the same site or a number of different sites ConvertKit is much better as there is a greater flow and allows for much easier segmenting of your list based on subscriber behaviour.

one thing you don't want to be doing is sending the same offer over and over aging and again to a subscriber that has already bought the product or has repeatedly not opened an email.

It truly is an incredible piece of software and well worth the investment and will pay for itself many times over due to increased conversions. 

Even though it does come with its own autoresponder, the integrated one does not come close to ConvertKit simply due to not being able to track your subscribers or manage them as well as you can with ConvertKit. 

However, 

If money is tight and you really need to skip on ConvertKit, you can do so in the beginning and then later transfer over your subscribers from ClickFunnels autoresponder to your ConvertKit one in a few clicks. 

You will need to use ClickFunnels to build your whole funnel from start to finish including the landing page.

A landing page is simply the page that a visitor arrives on and enters their contact details. 

A Lead magnet is a free gift that you use as a tool for exchanging value between you and the potential subscriber. 

You can't just straight up ask for and email for no reason at all and offer nothing for it. 

Typical lead magnets include

2. A Free course. 
3. Access some training
4. An ebook or a free report

It a tool that you use to build your following, your subscriber list. You need to make your lead magnet as relevant to your subscribers as possible to get the maximum number of conversions (signups). 

If you have a site about hair care and your lead magnet is "how to lose 10lbs in 7 days" you are not going to get many signups. If you have lead magnet that is "the top 10 en vogue hairstyles and how to manage them", you will get a lot more signups as it is related to the topic. 

Naturally  this rule of relevance applies to your email marketing campaigns

Remember, it all about giving value and getting value back. People buy from people that they trust.  Give value, build trust and naturally making more money sending emails will be second nature to you. 

This is an obvious one, as obvious as having a highly relevant lead magnet. Know your audience and send relevant offers to them. 

If your site is focused around Working From Home send them offers and details about working from home, maybe it is something like a freelancing opportunity. Dont over sell, send emails warning of work from home scams and jobs that they can do from not and just some affiliate offer for training to be a teacher or translator or something similar. 

If you have a Travel Site, send them travel deal and travel tips. If you have a site about Coffee, monetise by sending them to reviews of a coffee club or best coffee makers and grinders, also send them tips about making the perfect Cuppa Joe.

This something that I cannot stress enough. 

Do not over promote. 

I get it...You want to make money sending emails, but load your follow up series with offer after offer after offer is counter productive. You will end up making less money. 

This truly is a case of less is more. I tend to stick with my own ratio of 1 "money email" to 2 non money value based emails. 

I also like to be less intrusive and only send emails every other day as a maximum. 

A very nice technique is to teach you audience about the product, how to use it. 

For example I could create a follow up series teaching how to best manage email list using ConvertKit, 6 day series teaching technique about how to use converkit. Day 7, will be my email with the offer to signup and use ConvertKit. 

This is a soft sell technique. 

Without Fail this is something that I always do.

All the unopened money based emails, which all autoresponders have this service, I will send the email to again on a different day at a different time to enhance the probability of being opened. 

This message will be send to those that did not open the first email.

I will also send a 3rd time, to those that did not open the second email. There is a lot of money to made this way, I have in the past earned more from the second and 3rd resends than the initial first email. 

This is where Convertkit really comes into play, if a subscriber buys an item you can note it and segment them and create a follow up series with a relevent second offer. 

Perhaps they bought a hat and your secondary follow up series is for the matching scarf and a third follow up series for the gloves. 

This way you are maxing out the dollar value per client. 

This is why you start with the end in mind, start with the products you wish to sell and walk backwards through the process.

Imagine all the money lost if you only sold the hat, also think how much more you make by sending secondary and third emails to those that have not opened your money email. 

This is exactly why you need to track your clicks. 

Tracking them, which is done inside all email autoresponders. While you are busy sending those email to the non openers, don't forget to send to those that did not click your affiliate link. 

Often they are just not ready to buy on first click, and need to think about it. Maybe they are waiting to get paid from their job.
