Is Two Dollar Click A Scam? – Can You Make Money With It? [REVIEW]

Two Dollar Click is one of many Pay To Click (PTC) websites that masquerade as advertising platforms.

The website, and by the very name of it makes the audacious claim to pay you $2 for ever click that you make on adverts. 

This is quite a claim when the standard amount paid across the "Pay To Click" Industry is US$0.001 to US$0.002 per click!

You read that right a penny or two for ten clicks but Two Dollar click are claiming to pay between 100,000%  and 200,000% the industry standard? 

Quickly checking out the sites stats clearly tells us something is a miss here. 

678,237 active members and US$980,401 paid out. 

Excuse em moi!  and my maths but would'n't US$2.00 per click pay out US$1,356,468?  for 678,237 "active" members?.

Straight away you can see you aint gonna be paid $2 per click!. 

Two Dollar Click functions as an advertising agency, a place for website owners to place their adverts, get them seen, clicked on and to potentially generate sales and revenue for their online business. 

The registered member, most likely you, clicks on the adverts and watch them or remain on a website for a predetermined period of time.

Once you complete those obligations you earn an agreed amount of money. 

There are, in my own opinion two major faults with this kind of business model in it's functionality. 

For the advertiser the problem and drawback tends to be a low conversion rate of clicks to sales. 

Mostly, this is due to a lack of targeting. The adverts are served as a "one size fits all". Also, the clicker is incentivised to click on the adverts and has no real interest in the content or making a transaction. 

Their motive is to earn money no to spend it. 

The other major fault comes from the side of the clicker. Now, if it was true that two dollar click was the earnings - no problemo!. 

But, in reality the actual rate of being paid is 1 or 2 cents per 10 clicks. 

(I know, I have tried these sites back in the day around the fall of 2014!). 

The fault here is the clicker is hardly going to hang around to earn $1 or $2 per 1,000 clicks. Also, take the fact that most sites of this nature limit members to 10 clicks per day.

Not many people are going to hang around to earn 1 or 2 cents daily. This leads to PTC sites using bots and generating fake clicks for the advertisers. 

Exposing Two Dollar Clicks

Let's see how much it costs to place an advert on Two Dollar Clicks and how the site generates revenue and examine their business. 

Getting Paid By Two Dollar Click

Having had a good look at the site, I can say one thing.

I really think that the site has zero intention of actually paying you. This means that all those clicks are done for nothing - for free!. 

The minimum pay out is incredible high - far too high. While I do understand why some businesses have a payout threshold - the reason being the cost to process the payment and of course the time it takes, which is another cost. 

But for PTC sites the minimum payout is rarely over $10 - and this is for the genuine ones. 

Two Dollar Click, the minimum payout is US$1,000. 

It's a figure you are unlikely to reach, unless you are very determined to do so. Further evidence is the processing time to get paid. We are talking 2 months processing time - 60 days!.

That right there is a screaming red flag.

Bigger companies, such as the billion dollar market research companies that own some of the online survey sites take up to 15 or 30 days to pay, which is sort of understandable due to their accountancy process and only processing payment on certain days of the month.

Anything over 30 days even if genuine is just not worth the hassle. You should n't have to wait so long to get paid. 

60 days, two whole months, it is just evidence of not wanting to pay out. 

Being completely honest with you here - I never expected to find this site to be listed on the Better Business Bureau Website at all. 

So, it come as no surprise that there is no listing and no rating for Two Dollar Click with the BBB. 

By default I can say that they are unaccredited and Not Rated. 

Booyah!. 

Bingo!.

This site is like a lottery win if you are looking for complaints. They are all focused around one thing and one thing only!.

Not paying out!

When something is such and evident and obvious scam there is just nothing good to be found about it. 

It is not my intention here to be a meanie or mean at all.

I am far from being a negative Nancy but more a positive Pete but I when you have been to place that I have and seen from the inside villages and towns in the poorest of places and the very real need for a bit of extra money you see the real need for a little extra money and the broken dreams and genuine deep rooted distress that these kind of sites cause it is difficult to find anything good in them!,

There is nothing good that seen about this site. Nothing.

I suspect that even the advertisers are getting scammed by having a high amount of fake clicks generated by bots. 

Only on your computer screen and in your mind can you make money with Two Dollar Clicks as they, very evidently are not going to pay you and have zero intention of doing so. 

It is perfectly fair to say that you will not make any money with Two Dollar Click as they will not transfer your earnings to your bank account. Regardless!.

Two Dollar Click in my opinion is a very obvious and evident scam. I suspected that they were right from the start due to the crazy high $2 click claims that they would pay. 

Digging down deep I simply uncovered elevated payout claims designed to make you give up long before you reach the payout limit and then further road blocks with a 60 day period to wait until you allegedly get your money. 

The delay is paying I suspect is to wear you down and give up without causing a fuss with the authorities. 

Pay to clicks as they are - even when genuine are notorious for incredibly low fractions of a penny per click pay rates and as they are should be avoided. 

Most of the "good" ones - by good I mean authentic and not scams you are working like crazy clicking like a mad man or woman to earn something in the US$5 to US$10 region...per month!

My advice to you is to stay as far away from pay to click sites as you can. The real ones pay pennies the fake one just don't pay you at all!. 

There are much better alternative ways of making money online - I do mean real authentic ones that do work. I know because I personally tried them and know that they can generate a significant income. 

Even a life changing income.
