Are There Any Lawsuits Filed Against Alex Becker?

There are no lawsuits filed against Alex Becker by any private citizens, regulatory authorities, corporations or ex-employees (or current ones!) that I could find. 

The main difference and a way of explaining it clearly is the intended end user. 

All the current autoresponders available were designed specifically for email marketers with one exception, ConvertKit, which is built specifically for bloggers. 

Of course, there is nothing wrong with that at all, email marketing is great, it is a powerful way of generating more revenue for all online businesses. 

But each different user type needs a different tool to get better results. A generic one tool designed for everyone is like giving a screw driver to: 

• An Electrician.
• Car Mechanic.
• Plumber. 
• Carpenter.
• Computer Repair Guy.

They all may have a use for it, but only one is going to get the best use out of it. 

Market Hero differs because it incorporates a whole variety of ways for its users to track their ROI - like a different tool for each user type, making it more like a Swiss Army Knife than a screw driver.

One of the better features of market hero is being able to know exactly the dollar value of each lead.

That data is absolutely invaluable, priceless to you as a business owner as it helps you to calculate more accurately the cost of paid traffic on a per click basis from Facebook, Google and  Bing etc.

You already know what Market Hero is, who it for and how if differs from other autoresponders so let's lift the hood and see what is going on, on the inside, under the skin!. 

Similar to all of their competitors like ActiveCampaigns, MailChimp and every other email marketing software service Market Hero has a WYSIWYG editor.

With the What You See It What You Get editor you can:

There is a lot to this software, here are some of the better features. 

1. It's The Full Shebang For Email Marketing

As far as email marketing software goes Market Hero is the whole 9 yards, lock, stock and two smokin' barrels!.  

It helps you to send your emails and plan your marketing campaigns on various factors such as open rates, click through rates and even which exact subscriber(s) opened or clicked on a links based on other factors like product type, style and category. 

It helps you to, in a certain way to effectively profile your subscribes based on their activity and what type of products they have purchased. 

This is information you can use to further target your subscriber with further offers. 

For example, 

If a subscriber has bough a pair of winter gloves, you can then move them to a follow up series for a matching hat and generate more sales.

It also shows you which emails have been generating a lot of opens and bases your new email templates based on the ones that are getting a lot of opens and a lot of clicks. 

2. Market Hero's  ROI Tracking

The Tracking system in place here makes sure all of your email leads are re-cookied every single time one of your subscribers open an email from you.

This help to ensure that the important data is safe and more importantly, secure!.

It also helps to ensure a much higher accuracy of the data, even when you get multiple clicks from the same user from different devices.

This gives a per person click, if you like and not a total number of click, which will inevitably be higher as some people will likely click more than once. 

What is incredibly good is if you already have an autoresponder you can integrate their tracking system into Market Hero's tracking system with a simple piece of code that you just copy & paste. 

Their Tracking system helps you to identify who bought your products or services and to create a focused buyers list and then tag them as they are in the system.

This helps their program to calculate the value of each customer to you. Knowing your average customer life cycle value is VIP for both on and offline businesses. 

3. Full Automation

Market Heros has full automation of the process where it creates customised adverts based on the individualised requests. 

Their system can even read and rely to your subscribers, thanks in kind to the tagging system in place. 

4.Facebook Messenger Bot

Some Facebook messengers system and bots are pretty bad (ok, terrible!) while others are what I would call very good, none, in my opinion are brilliant!. 

Market Hero is certainly on the higher more positive end of the scale, while not perfect, it is much better than some others that I have experimented with and is very easy to use.

You just have to integrate it with your Facebook Page and follow the instructions. 

I will admit at this juncture, I am not particularly a fan of automation of processes like this, and is not something I use or like (as a user, customer end). 

My own issue here is related to brand experience and giving a personal reply, a human experience, that personal touch where it is need and appreciated.

Despite Facebook Messengers high open rate, which is of no concern to me at all, I have a preference for my businesses to be seen with a human touch and experience not an impersonal bot.

People don't use messengers hoping to be contacted by a bot or desire to be responded to by one. 

I am not a fan of Facebook pages either - The interactive experience of a group is much better.

Although the Market Hero FB Messenger bot is very good, keep in mind that it is something that you might not want to use. 

On the Market Hero Homepage it is claimed that you will see a 4X increase in your email business. 

That straight away fired off My Bovine Excrement detector simply because quadrupling your revenue in any area is no easy task, and no mean feat.

It does not help Alex Becker much being somewhat in an industry with a lot of hyped up claims. 

Since they offer a free trail, I thought, why not! and gave it go, see if I can 4x my email marketing revenue with Market Hero. 

Just to be clear, for the the important factor maintaining honesty and integrity I have not yet been able to quadruple the income I have been getting from my email marketing efforts. 

I am generating significantly more revenue and sales when compared to before, that I do attribute to Market Hero. I am already pretty good with email marketing and did suspect that 4Xing my income from email also would be a tough job. 

Still, 

I am not complaining about the extra money and a piece of software that pays for itself!.  

Make of that what you may, I do think those with a weaker email game or those starting out can 4x their sales. If that sounds like you, then you're quids in as they say!.

One such example is Market Hero's ability for you to easily create and use abandoned cart sequences.  

When you have a client that goes through the checkout process and does not complete the sale Market Hero tracks that. 

From that point you can get in contact with that potential customer (who would have entered their email in Shopify) or you already have their email and you are tracking by IP Address or tracking cookie

(in the case of a regular or previous client)

...and have a specific follow up series of messages targeted to not only general abandoned carts but specifically for that user and includes the exact product. 

Even in the case of a brand new first time would be buyer, Market Hero has helped you to gain a some intelligence regarding that person such as products he or she is interested in buying. 

When you can convert those abandoned carts into buyers that can only be considered as picking up money and sales that you otherwise would not have gotten.  

...And there is no point in leaving that kind of money on the table, Particularly when a shopify study revealed that between 70% to 80% (varying depending on industry) of transactions result in an abandoned cart. 

If you can convert only 10 of those into sales for a US$50 product, that is an extra US$500 in gross revenue you are missing out on and think just how much of a boost to your sales that would be. 

Think about it!. 

Assuming you get 20 sales per 100 check out processes, and you are converting 10 of the 80 that are abandoning cart, your sales boost would be 50% as you would be getting 30 sales per 100 checkout processes and not 20.

And that is the real underlying power of Market Hero when integrated with Shopify. 

That is pretty powerful, and a very real possibility, after all my example is only assuming you can convert 1 in 8 cart abandons to sales!.

Making a 50% increase in revenue generated a very real and achievable possibility!

You can also create upsell sequences that can help you to increase revenue further, being honest with you, this something that can be done with all other autoresponders but not as fluid in the way in which Market Hero does.

Only ConvertKit and ActiveCampaigns comes close, but currently they don't provide you with the customer life cycle value. 

I did not have the opportunity to check out Market Hero's support at all that much as the software and its' functionality is very straight forward. 

And I am no tech genius or even tech minded at all!. 

I did reach out for a couple of things, and their response was pretty quick so credit there where it is due. 

The actual support wasn't what I call brilliant, but it wasn't horrible either.

I was given easy to follow instructions which did help to get it fixed and they did provide me with a step by step video which was good. 

Their support staff are available on live chat at no cost, regardless of which package you are on. 

Unlike other shoddy operators, their support is not bundled into a package as an upgrade option or extra. 

Good question, knowing his net worth is an indication as how successful he is and of course how well his products sell and therefor an indication of the quality, functionality and how useful his products are for business owners.

It is reported that Alex Becker has a net worth of US$7 Million which is an accumulation of his various business ventures including a reported 4,000 users of  of Market Hero, his SEO consultancy firm and his Bio Hacking Enterprise.

Heading over to the Truth In Advertising websites and checking their database I found no listing for a number of search terms specifically relating to Market Hero and Alex Becker, I found there to be no listing and no mention at all. 

This is very good as it indicate that Alex and his affiliates do not partake in any underhand misleading, deceptive or false advertising practices. 

As it is with all autoresponder and email SaaS marketing services like ActiveCampaigns, Drip, Aweber, MailChimp etc, etc the pricing is on a sliding scale depending on the number of subscribers you have on your list. 

The starting price is very competitive at US$19 per month which is comparable with all other autoresponders on the market.

2. US$49 per month for up to 3,000 subscribers
3. US$99 per month for up to 5,000 subscribers
4. US$129 per month for up to 10,000 subscribers
5. US$299 per month for up to 25,000 subscribers

7. US$800 per month  for up to 75,000 subscribers
8. US$950 per month for up to 100,000 subscribers

Annual pricing comes with a 15% discount. 

The pricing is very good in my opinion particularly in a cost vs value basis and considering once you hit the 1,000 subscriber mark you really should be getting enough extra sales directly because of Market Hero to justify its cost. 

You also have a 14-day trial which is completely free but you do have to enter your credit card details, which is fine - just set up a reminder alert on your smartphone and laptop to remind you to cancel the day before, should you wish or need to cancel your trial.

Evidently there is a lot to like about Market Hero, it is a great product and that is hard to deny. 

Here is what I liked about it: 

• Alex Becker is a real person with proven record online. 

• Market Hero is sales focused!. No fluff, no BS, Geeky metrics that don't matter..Sales, and sales = money!. 

• It is very easy to use with a very simple user friendly interface. Nothing complex or complicated at all here!. 

• Includes a 10 week Shopify training program. 

• Tracks and displays your average customer life cycle value in real time. 

• Good quality support. 

• pricing is comparable to other autoresponders but comes with more features. 

• Integrates easily with other popular software and platforms like Shopify, JvZoo, Clickfunnels, Samcart etc. 

• Integrates with existing autoresponders to provide you data regarding customer lifecycle data and stats.

Nothing is ever perfect, never will be, perfection is like the high jumper during the Olympic Games, they achieve the gold medal but keep on jumping aiming for new heights!. 

Limited Options In regards To Automation

Ok,

Let's clarify one thing, the automation features that Market Hero has are better than what MailChip or Aweber have but not as good as MailerLite or ActiveCampaigns. 

The editor, as it is with all What You See Is What You Get WYSIWG is very easy for you to use but the obvious limitation as far as I am concerned is the lack of ability to branch out on certain responses and the ability to do certain things based on the customised fields

There are certain limitations related to link tracking. 

For example, you can only take action on a link in your email (which is fine) but when it comes to an email with multiple links, for example Product A Vs Product B you can't set Market Hero to take a specific action on that - just on one link. 

Alex Becker's Style May Not Be Your Cup Of Tea!

Alex can come across as a bit of a brag artist and a little bit obnoxiously over confident, I'm not talking about the Lamborghini or Ferrari in the background, I'm talking about that certain cockiness there is to him. 

This, to be fair does not detract from his ability to teach you how to use Market Hero in the Free Webinar,  after all who better to explain and teach it than the guy that created it?

Update: Alex Becker has grown up a lot and gone is the potty mouthed language, showing off and Ferrari, Lamborghini Posing and is very much a calmer reformed character and even admits that it was wrong to be so egoic and ego centric like he was in the past. 

I would not particularly call Market Hero a money making opportunity, itself, but it is a tool that will help you to get more sales and therefor more money because of it. 

So, yes you can make money because of Market Hero. 

In my opinion Market Hero is not a scam, 

I have not seen anything that indicates any fraud, deception or illicit activity that would lead you to be at a financial loss, which is the very definition of a scam.  

I have not been able to connect Alex Becker to any known scams either. 

Market Hero is a very powerful piece of sales focused software that really stands out from other autoresponders that are on the market, perhaps other than ConvertKit. 

What I like about Market Hero is what makes me like ConverKit so much is it designed by a marketer (and shopifyer') for marketers and those using shopify, where are ConvertKit was created by a blogger with bloggers in mind. 

While both ConvertKit and Market Hero serve a particular group of users better than others, they are both still very handy and powerful for other user types. 

With that in mind and if you are running an eCommerce business be it on Shopify, Samcart, clickfunnels or any of the other integrated systems then I would recommend you try Market Hero. 

Take advantage of the 14 day trial, track your sales and if you are getting more sales and revenue because of it then keep it!.

And if not just cancel it.

Nothing lost and a everything to gain as they say!. 

It really is as simple as that!.
