Is Big Book of Income a Scam? Is Zach Sheidt Full Of…[Review]

The Big Book Of Income By Zach Scheidt, Patrick McKelvey and published by Agora Financial is a promotional sales tool used to promote another product, the lifetime income report which is a US$99/ Year financial newsletter by the same Author where he recommends a certain type of investment - dividend paying shares.

Notably, the book is also available on Amazon without the need to purchase or subscribe to the lifetime income report. 

The book contains 47 income "secrets" used by the financially well off to passively grow their wealth. 

Some of the "Secret techniques" in the big book of income include:

• How To Get Extra Money Out Of Social Security
• Get 7% From a Gold Dividend That Hardly Anyone Knows About!
• Earn 12x The Interest On Your Savings
• Make US$35/hr while walking along the beach!. 

Zach or Zachery Scheidt well know in the financial publication industry for being the editor of a series of different publications including the dollar trade club, income on demand, Zach's Weekly Squawk Box, the Lifetime Income Report Newsletter, family wealthy circle and the big book of income. 

His obsessions and speciality is uncovering the highest yielding investments in the financial world and has a proven track record in this area on Wall Street. 

Readers of his newsletters report frequent gains in the 80% to 145% region!.

When it comes to the world of options trading he has a 96.5% success rate. 

Zach Scheidt is a graduate of Both Lee University and Georgia State University. 

The Big Book Of Income when you see it available of "free" with the snag that you need to pay the postage and does it appear to be an awesome deal. 

I am not going to deny it - freebies I love, I'm a Scotsman, saving money and lapping up freebies is in our DNA!.

US$4.95 for a product that could end up saving and earning us several times the cost of postage is a pretty good deal!. 

But when you weigh up the US$4.95 when getting it from Agora Financial directly speaking it appears to be a no brainer when compared to US$15.50 from amazon.

but....

When you buy it from Agora directly it is used as, what is called in the marketing industry, a trip wire, a lead magnet.

It is a front end offer of a freebie that you sign up for, and, well, thinking you have yourself a freebie you have just signed up for a 30 free trial of Lifetime Income Report, a financial newsletter by Zach Scheidt. 

If you don't cancel inside 30 days, you billed annually for US$99 per year subscription!. 

...the sneeky little Scheidt!. 

I don't particularly think the Lifetime Income Report is a Bad Newsletter - I rated and reviewed it at 85/100.

What I don't like is they way you are being "back doored" into subscribing for a product that you might not be aware you are subscribing to. 

The Lifetime Income report is a finance newsletter that has it's focus on a particular type of investment that I am involved in and have been so for a number of years. 

Dividend Paying shares. 

From the way in which the big book of income is written and the type of investment advice given, coupled with the distinctive marketing the target audience and market for this book appears to be retiree's and those that are are approaching retirement. 

Sure, the advice contained in the book is applicable to readers of any age range and readers of all ages will benefit from the information contained within it. 

The earlier you prepare for your golden years the better! as the more you will prosper due to longer time frame for your investments to grow. 

If you want the book on its own right without being backdoored into an annual newsletter that you might not be interested your only option is to buy it direct from amazon - currently retailing it for US$15.50.

A book as it is nor a newsletter get accredited nor Rated by the Better Business Bureau.

The publishing house have quite a horrid reputation online and are Not Rated and Not Accredited by the consumer advocacy group. 

This, I'd like to point out has no reflection at all on the actual product, the big book of income, nor the author Zach Scheidt.

The reason I highlight the publisher is to bring attention to their apparent problematic marketing policy which appears to be very "hype" and often backdoor in subscribers.

It has been said by complainers that they are difficult to deal with when it comes to cancellations. 

Point in mute here, if you want the book, buy it from amazon!. 

The big book of income is said to contain top quality investing advice and strategies. Some buyers commented a dislike due to not covering hemp oil or CBD Oil. 

Many complaints as you can imagine were from people getting their "free" book when just paying for the postage when purchasing direct from Agora Financial only to find a few weeks later they were hoodwinked into a yearly subscription to  a newsletter that they were unaware of. 

There are a some things that I like about The Big Book of Income: 

• The Book is written by an expert with a proven track record in the world of finance and Wall Street. 
• Great information about untaxable assets and Investments. 
• Many Legit Opportunities that could be applicable to you to increase your income that you could start using.

Naturally, nothing is perfect and there are somethings that I did not like about the big book of income. 

• The way in which the book is marketed by Agora Financial
• Many complaining about being backdoored into a newsletter they did not know about or were aware of. 
• Techniques not applicable to everyone.

Note - these complaints are not actually related to the book itself or its content but the rather deplorable marketing tactics used by the publisher. 

I do believe so, I have no reason to suggest otherwise or to doubt the authors career long track record in the world of finance.

There is no doubt Zach Scheidt in a successful man in this field.

To make money with investing it takes money to begin with, consider earning an extra US$5,000 per year - looking at USD$50,000 to US$100,000 to invest initially. 

Clearly those that are in the position to invest already have money to begin with. 

Generally speaking many sites are questioning "Is The Big Book Of Income A Scam?" without doing their proper research and focusing their answer based on the distasteful marketing by the publishing company. 

The book, in my opinion, nor the author are a scam. There is no reason to believe so at all. 

If you do want to read they book, your best way is to get it from amazon.

I have absolutely no doubt in regards to a career long Hedge fund manager that has helped the rich to get richer has put together a well written and well executed plan of action in his book. 

One of the problems with books of this nature is the information can quickly become outdated, thus it is actually a good idea to be part of finance newsletter than actual books. 

However, what I really don't like is the way in which many subscribers are "cheated" or hoodwinked into unknowingly subscribing for something that they particularly don't want. 

If the book is of particular interest to you then you are best buying from amazon, if you like that then consider the newsletter and gift the extra copy of the book that comes with the newsletter to a friend.
