As the name suggests “GPTPlanet” is a GPT style rewards site where you can complete tasks and get paid for it. The question that is probably on your mind is can you earn a reasonable amount or Is GPTPlanet A Scam?

I have cast my eye over and reviewed 300+ similar sites and in this review I will give you my expert opinion in an honest, independent manner that has you, my reader at heart.

GPTPlanet (gptplanet.com) established in 2010 and founded by Dimitrios Kornelatos and appears to be headquartered in Athens, Greece.

They are a GPT/PTC site that will pay their members for completing simple and basic tasks where the easier the task the lower the pay. 

None of the tasks are at all that difficult to complete and include clicking PTC ads, PTSU — Paid To Sign Up Offers, their GPTGrid Lottery and their referral Program, watching videos and online surveys. 

Unlike other rewards sites this one is a little different where they don't have so much focus on offers and completion of surveys, they are more of a Pay To Click site like Clicksense and Two Dollar Clicks. 

Despite the slightly misleading name GPTPlanet still have some tasks and features you would expect on the Top GPT Sites, it is only their focus and structure is slightly different and more geared to paying you for clicking adverts.

You can earn some extra money on GPTPlanet by completing a series of simple and easy to do task from the comfort of your home. 

These tasks are: 

• Clicking PTC ads.
• Completing Paid To Sign Up Offers. 
• Their GPTGrid Lottery
• Taking And Completing Online Surveys
• Watching Videos
• Their Referral Program.

Let's now talk about each of those money making tasks. 

Pro Tip: Start with the higher paying one's first!. 

• 1. Clicking PTC Paid To Click Ads. 

Since this is the main focal point of GPT Planet, I'll start with it. While it might sound like it is awesome to get paid to click on ads and it is really as easy as it sounds and there is not a lot to explain here. 

You click ads and get paid and when the website the advert relates to opens you have to stay on it for 10 seconds or more, complete a Captcha to prove that you are not a bot and then you will get credited for clicking the ad. 

Curiously, and just to mention it you can get paid to solve Captchas. 

Despite being a super simple task to do, earnings are incredibly horrible in the US$0.001 per ad clicked, that works out at 36 cents per hour or one dollar per 1,000 clicks.

• 2. Completing Paid To Sign Up Offers.

There are a few paid offers sections that you will find on this platform. 

If, and when you take a closer examination you will find that these are more PTC options for you. There are the occasional free offers that are related to downloading apps, taking part in free trials and so on. 

These options however are limited and you will likely find similar ones on Inbox Pounds and other such sites. 

They do have a section called Paid To Sign Up which is in the menu labelled PTSU.

This is a little different from usual offer walls as it is a where people advertise other sites and offers from which you will be paid for signing up for when you use their link.

From what I have seen, the majority are a complete waste of time despite being able to earn an easy 50 cents but there are usually certain conditions attached and something that you will need to do to get paid your 50 cents. 

There are some examples that I have seen where you can earn that much but you will not get your payment until you deposit US$3, which is not a great deal at all, spend US$3 to get 50 cents!.

You should never pay for such tasks! Never!.

• 3. The GPTGrid Lottery

The GPTGrid lottery is an image with a grid over it. You can click a square and get the opportunity to win. 

This also has PTC elements attached to it as when you click a square, you will see a website open up, of which you will need to wait 5 to 10 seconds before you are informed if you have won or not. 

In the end the maximum prize is just one buck! Which in the majority of cases you win nothing at all. You can click 10 squares per day when you are a standard member. 

• 4. Completing Online Paid Surveys.

Like all rewards sites you can earn money by completing surveys. This is a reasonable way to earn extra cash and give your earnings potential a boost. 

Be mindful that you will need to qualify for the surveys that you take by completing a pre-qualifying survey. 

• 5. Watching Videos. 

Getting paid to watch videos is a very common task on GPT sites and alongside clicking ads is about the easiest thing to get paid for. Which mean the pay is terrible. 

Typically, speaking you will earn around 30 to 50 cents per hour of video watched. To get paid you will need to watch the whole video including the ads. 

The videos and likely eye gougingly terrible. 

• Their referral Program

It is very common for PTC and GPT sites to have a referral program where you can earn for completing certain tasks and can lead to a passive income when people join using your referral link. 

But, 

It is often difficult to earn anything substantial and requires a lot of work to get direct referrals as there is a high turn over and GPTPlanet is no different. 

This is primarily because when people see that it is difficult to earn a reasonable income they have no real reason to continue and quit. 

To overcome this and help you to get more referrals GPT Planet offer you the possibility to either buy or rent referrals. 

To make it easier for you to get referrals, GPTPlanet makes it possible for you to buy or rent referrals.

Currently, you can buy 5 referrals for US$5, the general purchase price per referral is US$2 per referral and to rent them it's US$0.75 per referral. 

This might sound fine, but there is no guarantee that the referrals will be active and earn you back any amount at all. This is something that is stated a disclaimer before you buy or rent them .

As a Standard Free Member your earnings are 10% of what your referrals earn from their Pay To Click activities and increases as you move up membership levels to 100%. 

By definition, the quickest you can earn your money back on a single referral is if and when they click 2,000 ads (assuming 100% commission rate) and 20,000 clicks assuming the lower 10% commission. 

Clearly, very few people are going to hang around long enough to click between 2,000 to 20,000 ads. That is just not going to happen. 

Note that I have not included in the calculation the cost of premium membership to get a ROI on bought or rented referrals. 

Speaking of Rented referrals, they will need to click 750 sites for you just to break even. It begs the question...

Do you personally know anyone that has clicked 750 ads in a single month with sole intention of earning money?

Also, 

How many people do you know that would be happy spend 2hrs clicking ads for 75 cents?.

This is why, in my opinion you will be on to a looser if you buy or rent referrals. 

In addition to these difficulties there are a number of other barrier and road blocks in your way such as obliging you to click at least 4 ads daily or you will not get to earn from your referrals and charging a fee to remove inactive referrals. 

Either way buying referrals, renting referrals or getting them naturally yourself will end up costing you and is of benefit to you at all. 

If you do decide to give this platform a go you will find that they have an ample list of payment processors and options including:

The inclusion of cryptocurrencies and BitCoin makes them a BitCoin Faucet like Cointiply, Grindbuck, GetPaidTo and Bonus BitCoin. 

Their minimum pay out threshold is US$1.00, which sounds low but is actually pretty high for this site when you take into consideration how much effort and how long it will take you to get that US$1.00.

It is good that they post such proof because it is VERY rare for PTC sites, Survey site and GPT sites to post income proof due to the low earning potential. 

Due to the low amounts indicated on the payment proofs page I believe them to be authentic. 

I had a really good look at some other independent GPT Planet Reviews by a wide range of bloggers. Some seem to be happy about teh site and what they have on offer, which is fair enough - everyone is entitled to their opinion. 

But, 

The majority were positive, vibrant and accurate in their reviews and warning of the low income potential. I admire such honesty. 

On Trust Pilot they are rated at 3.8 out of 5 stars, there are no ratings on Site Jabber, there is no listing on Foxy Rating. 

There are a number of viable and good alternative GPT sites that are worth your consideration that are, in my opinion better than GPTPlanet.

All of these are good fun and regular GPT sites where you can earn money for completing tasks and not end up clicking hundreds, if not thousands of ads!.
