Clout Bonus (CloutBonus.Com), claim to be a Social Influencer Network and make some very nice and confident claims of being at the leading edge of the industry and able to help you to make US$500 Today and everyday.
Upon closer examination of their site and their business model I have found that nothing could be further from the truth - they operate nowhere near that of a genuine business of this nature.
One thing you will not be with this site is a Social Media Influencer.
CloutBonus also advertise that you can make money by performing and completing certain tasking giving them the appearance of adopting the cost per acquisition business model and functioning like regular rewards sites like Ysense, Rewardia, and 20 Cogs.
Sadly,
as I examined closer I found CloutBonus.com to even be a fake rewards site!.
Which begs the question if they are not a legitimate social influencer network or a legit rewards site what the heck are they?
They are a Data Harvesting and Surveillance Capitalism scam - that is how they operate their business - to collect and later sell your data.
This is why their site is free to use - something else has greater value - you data!.
There is no fully verifiable corporate information regarding ownership or management team making them what I call an orphan site.
That, my dear friends is an Automatic red card!
You should never ever in a million years get involved with any opportunity that is not clear about who the owners and management team are.
Often this information is hidden to stop you from filing lawsuits and getting the police involved!.

How Does CloutBonus Work?
As a legitimate business I am sad to say Clout Bonus does not exist nor operate.
They are a scam and were set up with that in mind with the mindset "how can I trick people into handing over their data and get them to promote my data harvesting business for free?".
I find this pretty disgusting as there are legitimate and perfectly legal ways to obtain data without resorting to outright trickery - just ask Google, Mr M. Zukerberg, Mr J. Bezos et all!.
A degree of their scam is focused around the old chestnut of the link posting scam and getting to post your referral link on social media and thus promoting their scam for them under the ruse of being a social media influencer and getting paid for it.
The scam continues with this ruse and duping you into uploading a YouTube Video - which has be a review/testimonial with your referral link in the description box - a very smart way to get you to bring in traffic and visitors to their site all for an apparent US$50 that you will not be paid.
Other tasks on their task wall include completing surveys and downloading apps - which seem harmless enough until you realise that the surveys are fake and are there only to gather more and more of your personal data with each and every one that you complete.
The apps - which seem harmless enough to "just download and get paid" are far from it!. The apps contain tracking cookies and web beacons that monitor your online behaviour!.
And that is how they collect and harvest your data which is later sold to many other companies!.
That is how their dirty like devious scam works!.
Are CloutBonus A Social Influencer Network?
No.
CloutBonus and their business model do not operate anywhere near or in the same vicinity of a legitimate Social Influencer network.
With a legitimate business of this nature you are required to pay a monthly fee to get access to the companies that are looking for influencers to promote their products.
There is no guarantee that you will be accepted by those companies, you need to apply, get assessed for your suitability before you can start promoting their products.
You just don't post your links everywhere on social media and on the internet or just upload video reviews and testimonial - there is a lot more to it than that!.
Verdict: CloutBonus are not a social influencer network.

Are CloutBonus A Rewards Site?
No.
Even though they do look very much like a rewards site and effectively appear to act like one it upon closer inspection you will find that they are in fact a fake rewards site.
They claim to pay you for the following tasks:
- Getting clicks on your referral link.
- Getting Referrals.
- Signing up to their site.
- Completing simple tasks like surveys, downloading apps taking part in discount offers.
- Uploading Videos to YouTube.
One of the dead giveaway is the amount that is being offered per task which are wildly high - in the 10x to 100x that of the highest paying rewards sites and several times more (mid-double figures more) than what any of their backend clients would be paying them for you to complete tasks.
Other obvious red flags here are offering to pay you for getting clicks on your referral link - nobody will every pay you just for getting clicks on a referral link. Another is getting paid to upload videos - nobody pays for that and certainly not the reported US$50.
The not so obvious giveaways of Clout Bonus not being a legit rewards site are the fake surveys designed to extract more and more of your data and the apps that you are asked to download which track and monitor your data.
Verdict: CloutBonus is a fake rewards site.

This is an age old trick that is used to give them the appearance of being credible and more established than they really are.
They claim to have been founded in 2009 but a whois.com reverse search tells us their real foundation date which was November 9 2019.

It is claimed on their about us page that they were featured in Forbes in 2013 - some 6 years before the site was registered!.
It does not take much to work out that is a complete lie!
Similar to the above fake foundation date lie this blooper is told just to establish credibility!.

This page has been removed. I suspect that they removed their terms and conditions page due some bloggers pointing out their 99 year old policy where you have have to be at least 99 years old to use their site - giving them plenty of reason and a legal avenue not to pay you!.
A vanishing T&C page - not good!.
Unfortunately the same can be said for their privacy policy. This gives us further reason for you not to have anything to do with their site as you are required to check the box agreeing to their privacy policy and their terms and conditions.
