OgTask (OgTask.com), is an online website and portal that claims to be the "#1 Social Influencer Network" with a very nice claim of being able to achieve US$100 per day.
They are one of about 50 to 60 sites that are all claiming to be the #1 Influencer Network - some make the audacious claim of making US$500 per day but does EgTask's claim of a more modest US$100 dollars per day make them more authentic?
Well,
Not at all - they are no better nor more genuine that the others and have all the same tell tale signs of a scam!.
For a start - It's a direct red card due to having no corporate information or background into who is running the site and who owns it. This information should be 100% clear for any opportunity that grabs your attention.
You are lead to believe that you will be a social media influencer with this site, which is plain lie to get you to post your referral link and promote their scam for them - making them the old link posting scam reborn!.
OgTask.com is free to join and use - they are after something far more valuable than your money - they are after your data and are building an asset with their Data Harvesting and Surveillance Capitalism scam.

How Does OgTask Work?
OgTask functions as a fake rewards site and have nothing at all to do with what a real social influencer site works - the key giveaway is in their business model.
Genuine social influencer networks require you to pay a monthly fee to get access to the brands that are seeking to hire social influencers.
Not just anybody can be a social media influencer - you need a targeted audience whose demographic matches what the brands are looking for. Your job is not to just spam your links like confetti all over social media - there is no sure fire way of getting banned from the network quicker!.
If you are lucky not to face the famed Facebook Jail - your Ass will be fired by the brand you are working with for brand integrity reasons!.
The functionality of the site is that of a regular rewards site where there (supposedly) pay you for completing certain tasks.
The task that you get paid for include:
- US$2 Per click on your referral link.
- US$10 to US$15 for every referral.
- US$25 for signing up.
- US$50 for uploading Video to YouTube.
What make this a fake rewards site is are a couple of tell tale signs mainly nobody pays you just for getting clicks on a link or for uploading videos to YouTube (or anywhere for that matter!).
The other dead giveaway is the amounts that they claiming to pay you - No rewards site will pay anything anywhere near what they are claiming. Typical rewards sites pay 30 to 50 cents for each sign up and US$5 as a signup bonus.
Most tasks are a dollar at best for completion, most are less. I've reviewed 100+ genuine rewards sites to know what the rates of pay are for certain tasks.

There is no insurance against failure, honesty is the best policy! - This is the very reason I am as honest as I can be in every review and article that I publish.
When you tell a whopper - it dang well better be a good one or at least remotely believable!. These guys are full of them

OgTask claims to have been founded in 2015 - A clear lie designed to establish credibility by appearing to older than they really are.
Their real foundation date is found with a simple WhoIs Reverse Search.
Caught red handed!. Note also the mention of Tap2Earn - weird huh! uggh!
Tap 2 Earn? OMG They forgot what scam they were working on!

False Media & Award Winning Claims!
Having established their real foundation date I found it hilarious that they claim to have been featured in Forbes and win prestigious awards long before the site and business was even thought about never mind created!.
Of course forgetting which scam site you are working on really does not help them at all! They oddly mention Tap 2 Earn for no reason other than mistaking it with OgTask.
The False claims and again mixing up OgTask and Tap2Earn!
And the truth easily found!
Fake Testimonials!.
This has got to be the worse attempt at faking testimonials I have ever seen in the 1,500+ reviews I have conducted to date!
Terrible, just terrible. No even single attempt to make them look real!. No image or photo of those that have apparently claimed to be making large sums of money...heck not even used stock images!.

No Address is listed in the footer of their website just Houston, Texas - Strange as in the About us they are claiming to be based in Amsterdam!.
Their email address is fake - I tried it! (returns a delivery failure message!).
None of the social media icons work - they all redirect to the home page.

G+ got sunset on April 21 2019! - long before this site was created!
No following, no clue about social media yet they are supposed to be "The #1 Social Influencer Network".
