Perfectly Posh, is a business that is in the health and beauty industry and have a targeted business opportunity attached to them. 

The company was founded in 2011 by Ann Dalton and Andrew McBride in Utah. Their focus is on a range of product that are 100% natural and for what can best described as "pampering" with a range of facial masks, lotions, scrubs, bath salts, body lotions and so on.  

There is a similar range of products for men. 

The whole company and their product line is based around being natural, cruelty free and as they slogan goes - life is to long to use bad ingredients. 

The company operates using a party plan model and direct sales. It is also a MLM business. They pay commissions on two levels deep - this is simply a two level deep unilevel MLM compensation plan. 

Rather interesting the founder Ann Dalton, began the business after being in involved with a MLM company Scentsy, and creating her own range scented candles and took what she learned from product creation and managing a team of sales consultants and created Perfectly Posh. 

A business that has astoundingly grown from zero to over $100M/ year brand. 

It is almost impossible to list the entire product range available from Perfectly Posh as there are quite literally hundreds of them - all quite fabulously named using plays on language very much in a similar way in which Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream does (Chunky Monkey!..fine example). 

Perfectly Posh have "Ghana Love you", "Dew Me Right", "Show Me The Honey (honey facial!)), some risque named products too like "Chillie Willie" and "Gender Bender" and "nice melons". 

Who ever comes up with the names of these products has a pretty wild sense of humour and a fabulous way with words!. 

Getting involved in a business opportunity it is important for you to be come familiar with the companies product range and ethos. 

Th ethos is pretty easy to understand - great natural ingredients at an affordable cost. To familiarise yourself with the product range pop on over to their shop here and browse around. 

This article and investigation would be 10,000 words long if I was to to detail all their products. 

This one is actually very affordable for most - if not all people. The cost of becoming a Posh consultant is only $30 or $99 depending on which kit you wish to purchase.  

Sales Tax and the cost of sending the package to you (shipping and handling) is not included in the price. 

Active duty and Veterans as well as their families can obtain the $99 pack for $85 as mark of respect the company has for vets, their family and active duty service men and women. 

Each package contains a variety of those brilliantly named products that you use as product samples, testers or of course to sell. 

It is important for me to highlight and emphasise this point. 

Perfectly Posh Is an MLM. 

I am making this perfectly clear because some other review sites are mistakenly claiming that this company is a not MLM business.

They very clearly operate their business using the direct sales business model and the unilevel commission structure where you are paid only 2 levels deep and thus are an MLM business. 

Rather surprising and kudos to the business owner this compensation plan is super simple to explain. 

• You get paid up to 40% commissions on your direct sales
• And get Paid up to 15% on your level 1 downline
• Also, you can get paid up to 15% of your level 2 downline.

Basically you can earn up to 40% on your own direct sales and up to 15% on your referrals sales and up to 15% on your referral's referrals sales. 

Note: You are not paid for referring other to Perfectly Posh, earning are based only on sales made (this is good!). 

Finally - after reviewing 600+ business opportunities there exists an MLM with a simple to explain compensation plan! Thank you Ann Dalton!.

When it comes down to answering this question it is very important to be accurate and state facts rather than base something on gut instinct. 

Multilevel marketing businesses, of which Perfectly Posh is one are obliged by law to post an up to date income disclosure statement on their site. 

This company does not show the income disclosure.

If they did I would be able to tell you how many as a percentage of their Distributors/influencers earn $2,000 or more per month and thus be able to give you an accurate guideline for your possibility of building a successful business with the Perfectly Posh Business Opportunity. 

98.5% of all people starting a network marketing business fail to make a full time income from their new business. That is one fact that I do know!.

I do think that the products from this company can sell very well but to earn a full time income you will need to sell a lot of them given their low price. 

My initial instinct is that unless you have a large sphere of influence and big circle of friends and you are good at sales you will not make a full time income from this opportunity. 

MLM opportunities are notoriously difficult to succeed with regardless of which opportunity and company. 

Mostly, this is due to a lack of training and not teaching you the key skills that you need to succeed online and earn a passive income.

Perfectly Posh is not accredited by the BBB. Their rating is "F".  25 customers on average rated the company as just over 3 stars.

Perfectly have quite a few complaints about them ranging form problems with the products, to non-delivery of their products, billing issues and high pressure sales tactics. 

What I did notice is there no great effort made to resolve the issues. Some got resolved, some got a reply, while many complaints went unanswered. 

Which is perfectly unacceptable!.

The Pros

What I Liked About Perfectly Posh:

• Very catchy product names - make them marketable and very sellable!
• Ethical company with natural products.
• Their products are well liked by customers. 
• Inexpensive to get started.

The Cons

What I didn't like about Perfectly Posh: 

• Not Accredited by The BBB and have a "F" rating
• Lot of complaints about the products and the company. 
• No income disclosure statement. 
• Careless attitude to resolve customer complaints.

It is claimed by the company that their product are all natural and some are free from parabens. 

No, Perfectly posh is not a pyramid scheme. They are a legitimate business with physical products to sell using the MLM business model.

Yes, Perfectly Posh is an MLM they operate using the Unilevel compensation plan and paying infinitely wide and 2 levels deep. 

This is indicated in the companies compensation plan. 

Perfectly Posh is Perfectly Legit despite their awful BBB rating and lack of accreditation. 

In short, no. 

There nothing illegal or illegitimate going on with this company. 

However, not being a scam and being legit does not mean that you should try this income opportunity. 

Perfectly Posh Pamering Products might sound like a great idea but I am concerned about their lack of an income disclosure statement on their site. 

Also catching my eye is the big fat "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau as well as not responding or resolving many complaints and their lack of accreditation. 

You might earn an extra income with this company my best guess is $200 to $300 per month. Which is not much. I'd love to be able to confirm that but..no income statement, so I can't!. 

Personally, I do think that you are far better off seeking a passive income rather than an active one. Sure, be proactive in building your passive income source until it grows to a full time income and then you can choose to grow it or maintain it.
