Is The Fearless Momma A Scam? [PONZI WARNING!]

The Fearless Momma, founded in April 2018 is a get rich quick scheme that is doing the rounds of social media and the internet in general with promises of US$250 cash payments. 

The owner is Timothy Berger and he is in collusion with Tammy Montgommery, which I'll prove later. 

One thing for sure I can say, having had a really good look at this program and calling on my experience of having reviewed 600+ opportunities. 

I can tell you this without a single doubt in my mind is a Ponzi scheme. It also appears to have elements of cash gifting scheme and Pyramid Scheme too!.

And Pay to Play!

In short, this is one hell-of-a-scam!. 

The Fearless Momma 3.0 works by using aggressive marketing tactics. If you enter your email address you will get 5 or 6 emails sent to you every day. 

This type of marketing is not really marketing; it is spamming, has little to no skill involved and worse of all from the point of view of the owner or promoter it converts at a very low rate. 

Although technically there is a product, pretty basic and very outdated marketing training this is not to say that their website is fully compliant with the 1979 Amway ruling, which is one of the main standard bench marks for identifying a Pyramid scheme. 

While this law states there must be a product or service available with a network marketing opportunity it must be of value or use. The business must be focused on sales of their product and not recruitment. 

In the case of The Fearless Momma, it is clear as the day is long you are participating not for the product and its use but for the money and right to resell the product (i.e recruit others). 

This law is what stops someone from setting up a MLM and selling hot air as a product. An inconsequential product does not make a MLM compliant with anti-pyramid scheme laws. 

In short, your way of making money with The Fearless Momma 3.0 is...by selling Fearless Momma, making it a closed loop system where you are really just gifting cash with an "internet crapola" product attached to it.

How Does Their Scam Work?

By now you have basic crux of how the scam functions as a structure. How Do they get the scam up off the ground and running?. 

Well, one technique is by spam marketing sending you up to half a dozen emails every single day!.

The second method, what they teach you is to use solo ads. Solo ads are just getting someone who has a really big email list to go send email (spam) their list with your (their) offer. 

Usually the cost per click is US$1.00. 

This was an effective marketing technique in 2014 and before but not now. Similar to just spamming people, solo ads are really ineffective techniques.

The creators of The Fearless Momma are also connected to other known scams which they own and shove down your throat. 

And oblige you to promote should you want a higher commission. 

It is clear that The Fearless Momma is a self-serving sh*t of woman to be feared and the product to be avoided. 

You are paying them to promote their products and getting others to pay them to promote their products...who in turn do the same....

...it's clearly evident who is making the money here, and it is not you!.

It might sound crazy checking the Better Business Bureau For A Listing of this rather obvious scam. 

But, 

From time to time the BBB do actually surprise you listing them - if there are enough complaints registered or enough "noise" made by a product/system. I have seen cash gifting scams and fake survey sites listed on the BBB database. 

Unfortunately, there is no listing on the Better Business Bureau website. Their status by default is unaccredited and not rated. 

When you visit the fearless momma website at the very bottom you will see that you referrer is Tim Berger, dig around and check out the products that are promoted inside The Fearless Momma you rather peculiarly find that the products are owned by Tim Berger. 

It is my own thought that Tim creates the scam while Tammy Montgommery markets and promotes it for him, with the two in clear collusion with each other. 

The cost of The Fearless Momma is initially US$250 and then you are hit with 3 upsells of US$1,000, US$3,000 and US$5,000. 

The more you pay, higher your earnings are!. 

There is no central payment center, all "earnings" as cash payments send from one person to the next is in a peer to peer fashion essentially gifting cash to each other. 

It my understanding that you would be participating in and perpetuating a Ponzi scheme and a pyramid scheme. 

This scam functions by electronic means and by the use of computers you may also find yourself on the wrong side of anti computer fraud laws. 

This not something that I like to say at all but there is absolutely nothing to like at all about The Fearless Momma!. 

Zero, nothing!. 

Clearly there is a lot not to like about this so called opportunity. 

The biggest dislike is this kind of scam cause a lot of hurt and pain to some really hard up people who may not have that US$250 to lose but got scammed out of it by clever marketing and false promises. 

I am honest to a fault!. 

Yes, if you can promote The Fearless Momma well enough, you can make money. This does not mean that you should.

Ultimately, it is your choice to chase dirty money and cause a lot of pain to desperate families and people or to do the right thing and skip this one. 

I believe I have proven beyond doubt that The Fearless Momma is a scam. 

A scam by definition is an act of deception that causes financial loss. 

The act of deception is in their unsubstantiated income claims; the financial loss is the cost of the program. 

Guilty! Case closed!. 

To the gallows!. 

This is one heck of a mind boggling scam that took quite a bit to pick apart. 

And when I did, I found out that The Fearless Momma was the mother of all scams!.

4. Pay To Play!.

There are elements of all 4 going on with this scheme!.
