INFINii is a multilevel marketing company, established in 2013 by Hitesh Junega and headquartered in Cypress, Texas. 

The main products that INFINii has are educational resources teaching members how to build and succeed with the drop shipping business model. 

Another business model taught is retail arbitrage which is the buying of products on Amazon for example, and then listing it on another sites, say eBay for example at an elevated price. 

Interesting, apparently INFINii has generated over US$2 billion in revenue since it began. 

What Is Drop shipping?

Drop shipping is a business model that is commonly used in the online world that is similar to eCommerce with the exception that the retailer does not actually stock the product being sold. 

Instead, 

when the order is made the seller contacts the manufacturer and orders it and has it shipped direct to their clients - even with their own branding and logo on it. 

This is something that happens when you drop by your local electrical retailer, order a new fridge or something and the retailer only has a demonstration model in stock but tells you you can have a new fridge delivered to your home in a weeks time.

Who is Hitesh Juneja?

Hitesh Juneja, is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Biotechnology. 

He is said to be an avid entrepreneur and started his first business at 14, and his first company at 19 years of age. Hitesh has been directly responsible for US$55 Million in sales and in excess of US$3 Billion in indirect revenue for the companies that he has established or helped in an advisory capacity.

He holds ownership or part ownership in several multi-million dollar companies. He is also the owner of DS Domination and co-founder of J & H Business Institute. 

INFINii Lawsuit

Lawsuits often go hand in hand with network marketing opportunities and for a whole host of reasons. 

Even when a company is clean as whistle, often there is one just around the corner. 

At the time of writing there are no known lawsuits filed against INFINii from any private citizen, company or regulatory authority. 

To comply with regulations and anti-Pyramid scheme laws a network marketing company must have a retail element to their business. These products can be physical or digital. 

When a company has this retail element, they are in full compliance with the 1979 Amway ruling. 

It is falsely stated in this INFINii Review that the products must be physical products.

This false assumption would make all service based network marketing companies such as motor club of america and legal shield as well as finance based ones such as World Financial Group, and Freedom Equity Group pyramid schemes, which in fact they are not. 

The key distinction is having a retail element, not "must have physical products".

INFINii has only 3 products of which are digital products which are as follows:

This video training gives you a solid foundational introduction to the world of drop shipping.

Contained in the course you get taught how to leverage some of the world biggest retailers like amazon & eBay to start making money straight away.

Although this training talks a lot about google and amazon the main focus is dropshipping using eBay.

This training is more advanced that INFINii Prime and teaches you how to grow and scale up your drop shipping business and get more sales. 

INFINii Surge training has a strong focus on "eBay SEO", Search Engine Optimisation for the eBay marketplace and details what you can do to rank higher in eBay search engine. 

Also covered is pay per click (PPC) advertising and marketing your products on Facebook.

You also get taught different eCommerce platforms like Woo Commerce and Shopify. 

The very important and technical aspect of analytics and tracking your sales is covered also. This is VIP - you want to know what products are selling best, which is most profitable and which of your marketing campaigns are most effective. 

INFINii Surge will cost you US$149.95 every month and includes Prime membership also.  

• 3. INFINii Excel Membership

This is what could be called as INFINii's flagship product, their top products. 

With Excel membership you get access to the above two memberships and all the training contained within them plus the training at this level.

The training at this levels show you how to increase your presence and brand awareness on Amazon and the use of cashback and discount promotions to increase your sales. 

The cost of INFINii Excell Membership is US$399.95 every month. 

MLM opportunities are notoriously difficult to succeed with regardless of which opportunity and company. 

Mostly, this is due to a lack of training and not teaching you the key skills that you need to succeed online and earn a passive income.

Being a a network marketing company INFINii has 3 main ways in which you can generate revenue for your business with them. 

1. Direct Retail Sales: You sell INFINii products and earn a commission for your efforts. 
2. Recruitment: You earn pass up residual commissions by recruiting people into the INFINii Opportunity
3. You Run Your Own Drop Shipping Business: None of the above, you run your own business based on what you learned in the training.

In this section I'll focus on the first two options, which is making money from the INFINii opportunity. 

The INFINii Compensation Plan Detailed

The basis of this compensation plan is the members pay their monthly subscription fees and earn commissions encouraging others to do likewise. 

Extra commissions are earned from the IINFINii Marketplace and INFINii Digital platforms and a passive Return On Investment from the Springboard offers.

• INFINii Ranks

There are 12 ranks in the company's compensation Plan, which are: 

• Builder: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 50 Personal Volume per month. 

• Manager: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 50 Personal Volume per month, and have 1 downline generating a minimum of 750 Group Volume per month and have a min weekly binary volume of 375 Group Volume

• Regional Manager: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 150 Personal Volume per a month, and have a downline generating a minimum of 3000 Group Volume per month with no greater than 60% from any single unilevel leg. You must also have a minimum binary volume of 1500 Group Volume Per Week.

• National Manager: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 150 Personal Volume per month and have a downline generating a minimum of 10,000 Group Volume a month with no greater than 60% from any single unilevel leg. You must also have a minimum binary volume of 5000 Group Volume Per Week.

• Director: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 150 Personal Volume per month and have a downline generating a minimum of 30,000 Group Volume a month with no greater than 60% from any single unilevel leg. • Presidential Director: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 400 Personal Volume per month and have a downline generating a minimum of 600,000 Group Volume a month with no greater than 60% from any single unilevel leg. You must also have a minimum binary volume of 20,000 Group Volume Per Week.

• Ambassador: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 400 Personal Volume per month and have a downline generating a minimum of 1,500,000 Group Volume a month with no greater than 60% from any single unilevel leg. You must also have a minimum binary volume of 20,000 Group Volume Per Week.

• Diamond Ambassador: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 400 Personal Volume per month and have a downline generating a minimum of 3,000,000 Group Volume a month with no greater than 40% from any single unilevel leg. You must also have a minimum binary volume of 20,000 Group Volume Per Week.

• Crown Ambassador: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 400 Personal Volume per month and have a downline generating a minimum of 6,000,000 Group Volume a month with no greater than 30% from any single unilevel leg. You must also have a minimum binary volume of 20,000 Group Volume Per Week.

• Global Ambassador: To qualify at this rank you must maintain a minimum of 400 Personal Volume per month and have a downline generating a minimum of 10,000,000 Group Volume a month with no greater than 30% from any single unilevel leg. You must also have a minimum binary volume of 20,000 Group Volume Per Week

Personal Volume: This is the sales volume that you have generated by your own purchases and the personal purchases by your downline team. This is inclusive of the membership fees and eCommerce activity.

Group Volume: This is the sales generated by your downline outwith Personal Volume.

Residual Downline Commissions

Residual Commission with the INFINii compensation plan are paid weekly and use the binary compensation model. 

The binary model is very easy to follow. You have two legs, a left leg and right leg, often referred to a weaker leg and a stronger leg. It often your weaker leg in which you are paid out on. 

In the binary compensation model you recruit a minimum of two people, of whom in turn you encourage and motivate to recruit 2 more, and they do the same in a chain reaction kind of fashion. 

Your earnings with INFINii are based on your weaker leg, the one with the less sales volume generated. 

How much you can earn is based on your rank in the compensation plan. 

• Builder Rank  to National Manager Rank can earn a 10% commission
• Director Rank to Presidential Director Rank can earn a 15% commission
• Ambassador Rank to Global Ambassador Rank can earn a 20% commission

Additionally, the following weekly binary commission caps also apply:

• Builder Rank is capped at US$260
• Manager Rank is capped at US$760
• Regional Manager Rank is capped at US$1000
• National Manager Rank is capped at US$2000
• Director Rank is capped ar US$3500
• Senior Director Rank is capped at US$5000
• Executive Director Rank is capped at US$8000
• Presidential Director Rank is capped at US$15,000
• Ambassador Rank is capped at US$20,000
• Diamond Ambassador Rank is capped at US$30,000
• Crown Ambassador Rank is capped at US$40,000
• Global Ambassador Rank is capped at US$50,000

INFINiiMatching Bonus

This bonus pays a percentage match based on your downline binary earnings and is calculated using the unilevel compensation model. 

The unilevel compensation model is very easy to follow and understand. As per the image below. 

On your level 1, whom are your direct recruits you can go infinitely wide. These recruits in the image are coloured orange. 

Your level 2 are the recruits made by your level 1, and are coloured purple in the image below. The unilevel model continues in this fashion perpetually. 

This bonus pays a 5% matching bonus on your binary earnings of your front line (level 1 recruits), with 100% paid out on every level there after. 

There is a cap on bonus earnings based on rank as follows:

• Director Rank can earn up to US$200 matching bonus per leg
• Senior Director Rank can earn up to US$500 matching bonus per leg
• Executive Director Rank can earn up to US$1200 matching bonus per leg
• Presidential Director Rank can earn up to US$3500 matching bonus per leg
• Ambassador Rank can earn up to US$10,000 matching bonus per leg
• Diamond Ambassador Rank can earn up to US$20,000 matching bonus per leg
• Crown Ambassador Rank can earn up to US$35,000 matching bonus per leg
• Global Ambassador Rank can earn up to US$60,000 matching bonus per leg

It is claimed in this INFINii Review that the compensation plan is weighted to those at the top with very little for those that are new or just starting. I don't find this to be the case by my own interpretation.

The compensation plan is excellently presented and explained in this video.

Some thing that is, without fail, checked by myself is a company's standing with the Better Business Bureau. 

This helps you and I to see how a company is conducts business in a legal and professional manner. 

I can report that INFINii are neither accredited nor rated by the BBB. Make of that what you will!.

It was actually quite difficult to find complaints about INFINii from around various complaints boards that I regularly visit.

The blogging world and independent bloggers are saying the training as far as drop shipping goes is sub par and there is a lot missing, particularly as they focus a lot on amazon and don't teach you how to maximise your efforts with Amazon's FBA program. 

Others say that their Retail arbitrage profits program is not so great or effective either. 

Even though I particularly don't like network marketing opportunities, not because of the business model or the fact that recruitment is required I will from time to time recommend a MLM opportunity - but only if I think you can make a liveable income from it. 

I genuinely don't think you will make money with INFINii for a number of reasons, mainly how many people do you really think you can get to join and remain as active members paying their monthly fees?.

Secondly, 

As far as drop shipping goes it really is a viable and great business model, but you should not be paying nearly US$400 per month for their training. 

There were some plus point to INFINii that I did like, which were: 

• The have a few different training programs where you will learn something
• They have a good, well paying compensation plan.

There were some things that I did not like about INFINii: 

• Very comparable to DS Dropshipping - which is owned by the same guy!.
• The training is very low end, you will find better around the internet if you really look for it. 
• Most your income will likely come from recruitment than actual sales.

Not only is it my opinion that you won't make much money with the INFINii business opportunity, the odds are stacked against you with network marketing companies.

Statistics show that less than 2% of individual starting a MLM based business earn more than US$2,000 per year. 

INFINii does look like a pyramid scheme but the fact they are compliant with the regulations and have a retail element to their business they cannot been seen in a legal context as a pyramid scheme. 

Yes, 

INFINii is a multilevel marketing Business Opportunity. This is easily discovered by the compensation plan paying out over several level and the company's business model adopted.

Despite the fact that I don't particularly like INFINii I can't unfairly label them as a scam. They are a legitimate business with a legitimate product and business model. 

I just don't think you will learn too much from their training nor make much from their opportunity. This does not make them a scam, just a bad business opportunity.

The real money to be made with INFINii lay's in actually promoting their opportunity and getting people to join. 

They might have 3 training products available for sale, and help you to a degree to learn drop shipping but there is absolutely no sales training or recruitment training going on at all.

Or even how to manage those sales or recruits, or how to train them to do the same. 

This is where all MLM's fail!. 

They don't teach you any of the real world marketing skills that you need to succeed with their business. 

And that is what you need to succeed in the online world - real life, real world marketing skills. 

When you have those, you can promote any product or opportunity that you want  and make it work for it. You can even start your own business or freelance your skills online and work from home.
