The Univox Community is one in which anyone can join. There is no exclusion based on your geographic location, which you will often find that sites like this often are limited to USA and Canada only, not Univox Community. 

To join you will need to fill out some basic information as follows:

• Age
• Sex (M/F)
• Shopping Behaviours
• Region
• Car Ownership Details

There are also a lot more detailed and personal questions that will be asked. This is simply because the company want to get the best and most accurate information possible and find the most suitable people for certain surveys. 

A few people have complained about the number of questions asked in this part but in reality the answers can help to get you better and more surveys.

The surveys that you take on the site can be as short as one minute and as long as one hour!.

The average earnings per survey is from $0.50 to $2. for 5 to 15 minute surveys.

Worthy of noting here is that by being an active member of the community you can earn more. Being active means spending half an hour or so on the site daily. 

Each time you complete a survey or task you will be rewarded in points. The good thing here is that with this company 1 point is the equivalent of 1 cent. They are not like others where 10 points or even 100 is the equivalent of 1 cent!. 

It is pretty easy to follow 100 points = $1. 

Minimum cash out is 2,500 points which is $25. They can pay direct to your Paypal, A Virtual Visa card or by means of an a amazon gift card.

You can actually establish yourself on Univox Community and rise in the ranks!. The main benefit of doing so lower payouts. Move up the ranks and it can be as low as $10. 

Univox Comminity is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, rather worryingly is their big fat "F" rating by the organisation.  

Nothing is ever perfect and things with Univox seems to be far from perfect. 

A lot of complaints were centred around there being far to much information required when signing up including your IP address, browser type and a lot of really unneeded info.

There were also concerns about a complete lack of communication in regards to the company and their customer service - which seems to be at best non-existent.

As it is with many survey companies being disqualified for surveys for a variety of reasons was a common complaint. As it is the more popular surveys are the higher paying ones. 

When it comes to complex surveys the websites page can freeze! that can be a serious kick in the backside when you are 30 min in to a good paying survey..and you have to start again..in all probability find the survey is no longer available. 

Who are you to complain to? the support barely answer or reply back!.

One big concern was accounts getting blocked and being difficult to get back in, particularly when payout time occurs!. 

There are a lot of good things about Univox Community. Here is what I liked about them:

Signup Bonus

This one of only a couple of sites that actually do compensate you for just signing up to their site and completing the application process. Sure it is only $2 and you need to wait until you hit the payout limit to get it but it is a nice bonus nonetheless.

Add that bonus to the sign up survey and that totals $7 just for signing up, completing your profile and taking that first survey right away.

Disqualification Bonuses

There are only a handful of sites online that will compensate you in some way or another for being disqualified for taking surveys. 

Ok....it's only 5 cents and nothing to shout about. but as they say it is the thought that counts.

Referral Bonuses

Hardly something brilliant since it is limited to 5 referrals at maximum, but there is an extra $5 to be made here if and when you can convince your friends to join and completes at least 1 survey or makes 10 attempts at surveys.

There were a couple of cons that really stand out about Univox Community which have to be mentioned. Those stand out "downers" were as follows:

Non-Existent Customer Support!

Every great business is build on the back of first class customer support. Be it live chat or next day - next business day response to an issue. Not with these guy. Customer support are often described as non-existent and just not there. 

This is huge downer when you are either using and having fun on the site and can't continue to do so. Also a big problem when you are awaiting payout and you can't get it! or are having trouble logging in!.

Disqualification

The disqualifying from surveys is a pain in the butt!. This is most certainly something that can and should be better managed.

Getting disqualified based on your demo graphical info is ok..or whatever information for that matter but it should be done right off the bat from the beginning and not 10-15 mins into a survey!. 

Univox BBB Rating

Definitely something I did not like to see a straight up flat on your face F is not exactly filling me with confidence. 

Yes you can make some money with univox community but it is by all mean no great amount - pennies and next to nothing that can be earned here. No full time income and being honest, barely even a part time income. 

"beer money" is best description of what can gained with this site.

Thankfully there are much better opportunities for you. 

No, Univox community is not a scam. If you enjoy filling out surveys and helping companies to improve their products and be compensated pennies in return then by all means give it go. But I can tell you Univox is not a scam!.

Surveys are easy to do and can be a tedious in my opinion - I mean uggh...question after question after question and to be honest getting paid just a couple of bucks just does not motivate me to do it. 

Personally, I am not recommending them due to poor BBB rating and some alarming complaints focused around the lack of payout and accounts getting blocked.

I'd hate it for you to spend hours, days weeks building up a decent payout amount only to unable to access it.
