What Are Congressional Checks?
Congressional checks - now lets get straight to have nothing to do with getting checks from congress. It's marketing hype very typical of the industry and Agora Financial.
All the hula-pa-lula and hype is about a financial newsletter The Lifetime Income Report where Zachery Scheidt tells you about the best dividend paying shares.
The Lifetime Income Report also focuses on the highest paying and most profitable dividend paying shares and reducing your tax burden with overseas investment opportunities, companies that are not trading in the US and subject to current US tax laws and regulations.
Zach Scheidt makes the very bold claim that subscribing to the Lifetime Income Report is like having a team of expert advisers right by your side.
The newsletter costs US$99 for an annual subscription. Which at US$2 per week is not a great risk!.
How Does Congressional Checks Work? - Explaining The Bull Scheidt!
"Congressional Checks" is really just a very cleverly thought up term due to this particular type of investment receiving certain tax benefits that were passed by Congress - hence the name "Congressional checks".
Some rather smart investment newsletter editors and publishing companies refer to them as "Trump Bonus Checks" or "Freedom Checks".
In a twist of language Zach Scheidt does make it look like congress are going to hand out check them themselves of large sums all due to the IRS Code 199A.
Which, by using a tax code and giving it a special number, makes it all look like it is real - and it is very real as that tax code does exist - a quick Google Search reveals what it is.
But how Zach describes it in his marketing is very misleading to what that actual tax code refers to.
As can be seen from the screen shot from the IRS FAQ section on Code 199A the law is related to dividend paying shares and REIT's a particular investment known as Real Estate Investment Trusts.
This is the same law referred to in the hyped up marketing in "Federal Rent Checks" videos is referring to.
What is 100% clear you are not going to sent these "congressional checks" by congress or your local or state government just for the sake of it without working or serving the state or investing.
It is not a hand out like Zach is making it appear to be.
Through out the website and 40 min long video the presenter shows you some "Income Proof" all of which are all fake, and evidently so.
These fake income proofs are shown to make you think they are real, to keep you watching and to get you hooked.
Evident and obvious fakes and some nice photo shopping if you ask me - simply a bought and paid for stock image and then photo shopped.
You have to admire their efforts with this "scam" though!.
Shutter stock are expensive to get photos from - might even have been cheaper to hire a local individual, take a few photo and have the model in different poses and, above all untraceable by means of a reverse image search!.
When you look at the amount for the checks, and given that we know they are real estate investment trusts and Dividend paying shares. 5% is particularly a good ROI - coca-cola I can tell you pay out at 3.6% (currently).

A Check of almost US$45,000 would require something in the region of US$900,000 invested. The smaller check of US$27,000+ would need over half a million bucks invested, based on 5% dividend payment.
When you watch the sales video you will hear Zach frequently saying that you need to act before a certain date - June 13th. This a typical marketing hook to get to rush and subscribe.
It is known in the marketing world as a limited time offer.
Listen Carefully and will notice the voice changes - pretty evidently so the segment is pasted in. Which kind of poorly done and made.
I mean, all Zach had to do was repeat a whole segment of video a couple of minutes either side of mentioning the date and do that a sufficient number of times to cover a whole year 12-18 times which is barely 2 hours of work to make that part, the false scarcity and limited time offer undetectable.
The date - yeah! You'll note that changes regularly as it gets edited in!

The Free Book Trick
In the free ebook - of which you only have to pay the US$4.95 shipping and handling fee.
It sounds like a nice offer and being a Scotsman - oh yeah! I'm in love with freebies, but this book is not free.
Not by a long shot!.
It is used as a give away offer, a lead magnet to get you to whip out your credit card - as after all you are only paying for the postage.
But,
If you have not read the terms and conditions correctly you will find yourself automatically subscribed to the yearly newsletter with an auto-re subscription unless you cancel before the first 30 days are over.
This is where Zach Scheidt and his publisher are cheeky little Scheidts! Backdooring you into subscribing for their newsletter, lifetime income report, which is what all this "Congressional Checks" Bull Scheidt is all about!.
His Name is "Bull Scheidt, Zachery Bull Scheidt" Sang To The Tune Of Copacabana! #Investing Congressional Checks Scam #ScamAlert
It is in the free book and the news letter that you will find out what the best and highest paying dividends are.
These so called "Congressional checks" are dividend paying shares. 40 mins of hula-a-pa-lula and "Bull Scheidt" to find that out!.
Who Is The Product Aimed At?
Rather oddly the products target market is obviously investors and those interested in investing.
Not people seeking a government hand out!.
Those seeking government hand outs are not normally those with the finance available to invest and take action based on the advice in the newsletter.
With hyped up BS marketing that is VERY misleading there is one inherent problem.
They have already mislead you and, not quite lied but very close to it, why would you then trust them with financial advice?.
Although this kind of marketing has been proven to be effective and successful I bet they have a high churn rate of clients and few long term happy ones.

Is Congressional Checks / Lifetime Income Report Accredited By The BBB?
No,
A newsletter or publication does not get accredited by the Better Business Bureau as it is not considered as a business as such.
The publisher, Agora Financial do have a horrible reputation, most due to their hyped up marketing. Currently they are not accredited nor rated by the BBB.
What I Liked About Congressional Checks / Lifetime Income Report
There are some things that I did like about Congressional Checks - the newsletter it refers to, the lifetime income report.
- Written by a real person and an individual that has a proven career long back ground in the world of finance - there is no questioning Zach's expertise in the field.
- Dividend stocks can be a good investment when you pick the right ones.
- Very affordable at US$99/year
What I Did Not Like About Congressional Checks / Lifetime Income Report
There are some things that I did not like about the lifetime income report newsletter.
- The very poor rating by the publisher is concerning.
- The BS marketing is just wrong - and on many levels!
- The way in which the company uses a freebie to backdoor in subscribers!.
Can You Make Money From The Lifetime Income Report?
Yes,
To deny that, is to deny that you can make money from dividend paying shares or REIT's which are proven investments on which Zach Scheidt advises about.
I am inclined, despite all that is said to say that yes you can make money with the lifetime income report.
But as I have indicated - it is going to take money to make money!. Be prepared to have a significant investment amount.
Is Congressional Checks A Scam Or Legit?
Without a doubt in my mind "Congressional Checks" and the term used is an absolute scam!.
I say this because "Congressional checks" as such do not exist and therefore by definition is a scam.
I can confidently say so due to having caught the company out on this one with photo of an individual supposedly waving around (ok pointing to) a photoshopped in "congressional check".
Use of fake photos and fake checks is a scam, it's a lie and there is no other way of describing it!.
The whole marketing behind this particular sales funnel is a scam.

My Congressional Checks Review - The Final Conclusion
While the marketing behind the Lifetime report and all this Bull Scheidt about Congressional Checks is a scam - I don't particularly think the Lifetime income report is.
Still,
I most certainly don't advise you subscribe - simple because they have been so deceitful in their marketing and I simply can't trust them to be honest with their financial advice either.
And that is the problem with this kind of marketing in this industry. They create distrust for their products and company inadvertently.
If you are interested in finance and the world of investing or making money from your hobbies you can rather easily set up your own little website rather easily.
There are no shortage of products or books on investing that you can review and recommend, and training programs too.
When someone buys, you can earn a nice commission.
As your site grows to 800 visitors daily - which given the billions of daily internet users is VERY achievable you can add in an additional income source in the form of display adverts.
Then you have a second income source - completely independent of any sales made.
Before you know it you could be adding in a private fee paying members area, your own digital or physical products. That's up to 4 sources of income and 4 different revenue generating methods for a single website.
Pretty easy to see that running your own site can end up being a full time income. No doubt about that at all!.
All you need is the right training, and with that training your income source can end up being pretty passive.
This, as I mentioned is applicable to any topic at all. Just think of 3 things that you love doing. Anything at all. Travel, cooking, beauty, fashion, fitness, sports, lifestyle, anything at all.
I'm willing to bet that you can make a great money making site around any one of the three things you have in your mind.
That, is exactly how I make my money online.
