SHOCKING TRUTH American Consumer Panels Scam REVEALED!

This company, American Consumer Panels, in their own words and, terminology are a company which performs product testing and development for their long list of prestigious clients of which just so happen to be well known household brands that are known the world over.

While product testing and development is an integral part of research and development stage of all new products before they hit the market en mass. 

This is something that genuinely does happen for companies both big and small. I have experience in this on both sides of the coin being employed by major well known companies during my career as a systems engineer with Sun microsystems and as a product owner myself with one of my online businesses and my own offline business. 

I do confirm that it is very rare, particularly for massive companies that are listed in the screen shot above. Product testing has a strong tendency to occur in house. Sure, in some cases and on occasions this can be outsourced.  

The job of a product tester is self explanatory to test a product, its usage and to give honest feed back, usually the filling out of a form or survey based on their opinion and experience of and with the product.

Then the product or market intelligence gained get taken aboard by the product owner and can be adjusted if necessary.

The product owners gain vital and insightful real life information on the viability and potential success of their product amongst a target consumer group before it goes to market en mass. 

For American Consumer Panels to fulfil their clients needs they need an army of people to test the various products of their clients, which as a product tester is your job. 

Pretty cool huh? You get a bunch of free products, before they hit the market and quite possibly have the genuine bragging rights of trying out say - the latest iPhone before it the shelves! 

All you have to do is test the product out and give good honest feedback relating to your own thoughts about the particular product...and get paid for it!.

Pretty amazing, huh? 

Well it would be if it wasn't utter and complete bovine excrement! 

You see, while the website is well designed and very real, the corporation behind it is as real as a hand made Chinese Dulce & Gobbana bag!. 

The entire site is a scam and there is no legitimate company or business behind it.

The following is what I call solid evidence pointing to a full on scam.

Why would a legitimate business use a fake address? While they look good in their claims of a prestigious address in New York City as being One WTC and on floor 85. 

But,

When you check the list of current tenants on wikipedia...

No genuine business would use a fake address. 

Furthermore, as a business entity they are not even registered as limited liability company, or corporation of PLC anything at all. Further detailing trademark searches here uncovers that the apparently (R) registered trademark that they use is also fake. 

Digging deeper looking for reviews about the company, well, there is my fave..glassdoor..and OMG! 

What a revelation! this where there revelations come to light as to how this faker than fake company operate. 

American Consumer Panels have a BBB Rating of zero or NR (not rated), they are unaccredited by the better business bureau.

In short, they are an old fashioned bait and switch scam operation!.  You will not be getting any products for free nor will you be getting paid to test them out.
