What Are The Application Requirements?

• Medical Transcriptionist

As a Medical Transcriptionist with Perfect Transcription you are required to be an expert or considered as an expert in a speciality area of medical transcription work, i.e Otolaryngology, Orthopaedics, Oncology. 

You will be assigned to work in this area. 

You must be able to accurately type and proofread your own work for accuracy and spelling errors. 

The ability to meet set deadlines are highly desirable. 

It is considered important that you have a drive towards customer satisfaction and an ability to work as part of a team. 

A college Diploma and first class command of the English Language, inclusive of grammar, spelling and punctuation is a must!.

You must have a minimum of 3 years Medical Transcription Experience and a minimum of 2 years experience transcribing in a speciality area of medical transcription. 

You must be a competent and proficient with MS Word. 

• Medical Transcription Editor

A medical Transcription Editor reviews the transcribed records as a means of quality control and ensures accuracy and that the Medical Transcribers are adhering to the specific and required formatting as per the clients requirements. 

The Requirements for this job are: 

You must have a College Diploma and a first class domination of the English Language, including Grammar, spelling and punctuation. 

You must have some kind of medical background. It is stated that most Medical Transcription Editors are ex-nurses. 

Highly desirable is the ability to communicate errors in transcripts and give positive feedback. 

The ability to work efficiently and independently is desired.  

A minimum of 2 years experience as a medical transcriptionists in any special field or area is a must, plus 2 years previous experience as medical transcriptionist. 

You must be competent and ample user of MS Word. 

• Account Manager/Supervisor.

There are two positions here which are: 

• 1. Supervisor To Medical Transcription Editors: You must clearly communicate the feedback you have received from client to your team of editors, follow up on the feedback and ensure that it has been completed as per requirements and implemented consistently. You must conduct spot checks and regularly review transcripts and the work conducted by your team of editors prior to being sent out to clients. 
• 2. Client Advocate: The primary contact point for your clients is You, The client Advocate. Keep in touch with new and existing clients and help them with any issues that arise and need resolving. Your responsibility is client satisfaction.  

You must have an ability to work as part of a team and a customer centred approach. 

You must have a good ability to read and interpret situations from the customers perspective and independently assess and determine what the best resolution is for each one. 

Good communication skills are required for this job to effectively deal with situations are they arise. The ability to ask and obtain help from Tech Support, Operations manager or The CEO if and when needed. 

Medical Transcription Training and a first class command of American English including grammar is required. 

Must be confident and competent in using MS Word 97/200. 

• IT Support

As an IT Support technician you will provide technical support for end users and network specialists that have a need to integrate software into office operations. 

You must have a BS in computer science or equivalent work experience. You need to have the ability to work independently and make decisions that help to resolve the issues that arise. 

You must have good communications skills and a high degree of commitment and reliability.
