Neevo, or as it is commonly known Neevo/DefinedCrowd is a micro jobs and crowdsourcing platform where you pick up small jobs like translating or transcribing text, drawing bounding boxes and other simple tasks and get paid for it. 

In the remainder of this article I will talk about this App in detail about who they are, how they work, who they are for how to join and what exactly you need to do to earn money. 

I also aim to answer all the questions that you may have in your mind like how you get paid and how much you can earn.

Micro worker sites like this usually earn money and generate revenue  by charging a small fee from members, often expressed as a percentage from each task completed.

The company or individual posting the micro job may be paying them US$10, but will pay you US$7 or US$8, this is how the make their money, functioning as an agency, the middle man between the task provider and the person completing the task. 

It is 100% legal, legit and above board. 

Naturally, your role he is to take on as many of the task that are available as you can and earn more money!. 

Who Is Neevo For?

There are no specific claims regarding the availability of Neevo and who can sign up to their site. 

I have seen from a number of reliable sources that there are no restrictions regarding where you can join from making them an international opportunity. 

I suspect that like many Micro Jobs sites you will get more tasks available to you if you are applying from the United States, Canada and The United Kingdom. 

Although no specific minimum age is stated, due to paying via PayPal I can safely assume that the minimum requirement is 18 years old. 

I've already mentioned a couple of times here what is required of you to earn some cash which is completing simple tasks on their site, which you will see in the dashboard area when you are logged in. 

The aim of Neevo is to enhance the AI, artificial intelligence capabilities of the companies that they are partnered with and thus a lot of the jobs that become available are related to that. 

That might sound all techie and like you need some kind of special skills, thankfully you don't.

Most to the jobs offers are working with video, audio and text where you are required to identify an image, anoting some text, translating or transcribing audio. 

From time time there are tasks and job offers that require you to transform a piece of text into audio. The offers that you you see vary occassionally, with none of them being too difficult to complete. 

Something to keep in mind is the job offers are matched to your profile, and on occasions when you login you will find that there are no job offers available for you. 

This does not mean that they have no jobs at all, just that the offers available are not suited to you or your profile. Be aware that most of these offers require a fair bit of effort and is not exactly easy money.  

How much money you make with sites like these depend directly on how active you are on their site, the availability of jobs on their platform and how much the job opportunities pay. 

Naturally the more active you are the more extra bucks you can and will earn with this site. Payment is only made when the micro task form the tech companies that accept the work that you have completed and fully validate them as being complete. 

It not so easy to predict how much you can earn here, I can seen figures of US$10 to US$15 per hour thrown around particularly if and when you have a good stable internet connection. 

I can predict or estimate that this site may end up earning you US$60 to US$90 per month. 

Not something that you should look to if you are seeking a full or part time income.

This platform will pay you in cash, beautiful, lovely, warm, cash for every job that you complete and gets validated by the company you are completing the task for. 

The rate of pay is dependent on the difficulty level.

Something that I see is the whole job needs to be completed before you will be paid. This means a job that requires 30 people to complete 60 tasks you, unfortunately will need to wait for the other 29 to complete their 60 tasks. 

If the job is not complete and the requirement set by the company is not met you will be paid for the work that you have completed once the deadline for the job has passed. 

How much each job pays you will know before you take up the job. 

Payment, once you receive it will be paid to your PayPal account. You are required to request payment as payment is not automatic. 

The minimum payout threshold is only US$3. 

The payment will be done via PayPal. You will have to cash out manually.

Something to be aware of is how long it take to process, which is 2 weeks, this is a reasonable amount of time. I have seen some that shockingly take as long as 6 weeks.

I checked, searched and had a good look for Neevo income proof and was unfortunate not find any. 

This is not something people tend to post so much about and is not so uncommon for people not to post income proof for low income opportunities.

I am always, stalwartly encouraging you to be active in your own online safety and that naturally involves digging around, doing your homework and doing some background checks into every income opportunity that catches your attention. 

Habitually I check out the Better Business Bureau for a rating, and you can count on me to get the ball rolling there. 

Unfortunately there is no listing at all for Neevo at the BBB making their status as unlisted, unaccredited and not rated. 

I checked out and searched for a good and wide range of different reviews and review types from forums to review boards and my fellow bloggers. 

Most of the bloggers are reviewing this site in a positive light and genuinely happy to tell their readers in their Neevo Review that it is a legitimate opportunity and one which they can earn money with. Rightly the highlight some thing they did not like and some quirks about the platform. 

Unfortunately Neevo does not fair so well by Reviewers on Trust Pilot with 35 reviewers rating them at 2.2 stars, on Site jabber there are no ratings and has no listing at all, neither has Foxy Rating. 

The biggest complaint from people that used their site was from people from countries that seems to have a lack of work being available to them. Despite not being stated explicitly on their site I expect that countries like the US, UK, Canada and Australia will have more opportunities. 

There are a lot off good things to Neevo that I liked which were: 

• They are an international opportunity open for all countries.
• Their payment method chosen includes PayPal and the Payment Process is easy. 
• All of the tasks are easy, like encircling boxes around objects. 
• They use a perfectly legal business model. 
• You can make money on the internet with this company. 
• Their minimum payout threshold is low.

Naturally there are some things that I did not like about Neevo which were:

• Earning opportunities are limited
• Their pay per task is low. 
• They have a lack of other payment methods and options.

Yes, 

Absolutely and without a doubt you can and will earn money with this opportunity the only question is how much effort you put in and what tasks become available to you and you being in one of the tier 1 countries, which are western native English Speaking Nations. 

It would be absolutely unjust to call or refer to Neevo as a scam. I have seen nothing at all that would suggest that there is anything illegal at all going on or any attempt to defraud you of your earning at all. 

In my opinion Neevo is completely legitimate.

There are number of alternatives to Neevo as micro jobs and micro worker sites are a very common and popular way of earning online. 

Here are what I consider to be the very best alternatives:

6. Freelancer

All of these have the capacity of earning you a nice side gig income that could if you work at it equate to around half of what you could get from a part time income. 

In my opinion Neevo is an opportunity that is worth trying out if you are willing to dedicate yourself to the opportunity and there is a steady flow of decent paying tasks coming your way that pay well. 

It is worth trying out, just be fully aware it not going to plug that many gaps in your income. If you are looking for something more substantial and a greater income then you a better looking elsewhere.
