Is Xyngular A Scam? The Truth EXPOSED!

Xyngular, pronounced Zin gye ler, is a MLM MultiLevel Network Marketing business that is focused on the health and wellness sector, with particular concentration on weight loss. 

The name also lends hand to the companies branded diet plan - the Xyngular Diet which is based around a combination of supplements and shakes for weight loss. 

The company and brand has been in business for over a decade having been formed in 2009 in Lehi, Utah, USA by Marc Walker, whom, going by his Linkedin profile has extensive experience in the MultiLevel Marketing Industry dating back to 1992. 

Xyngular currently has distributors in 27 different nations across the globe making them a fast growing business. 

It has been said though that their distributors use aggressive sales tactics across various social media channels. 

Xyngular, just like any other genuine MLM business, such as Primerica, AWOL Academy and Norwex, are obliged to have a product range - otherwise it is just a Pyramid scheme. 

Before we go any further, be you interested in Xyngular as a distributor or a consumer you should really know that their range of products are not officially approved by the FDA. 

Me, personally I don't see that as a big deal as many product, particularly those in the natural health sphere are sailing in the same boat. 

However this may effect your ability to promote their products.

On the Xyngular site, they recommend that first timers to buy one of the kits listed below:

• Ignite Starter Kit

This is an 8 day weight loss kit and supplement enhancing product. The product only last little over a week and will set you back an eye watering $440 to $495 bucks fully depending on your location and the distributor. 

The company does claim that their products are of the highest quality, organic and all natural. This is in all probability a marketing strategy to justify the elevated prices. 

It is very much a gimmick in my opinion to reel in customers and have them believing that somehow by paying $450+ for an 8 day kit they are getting a good deal!.  

• The Ultimate Transformation Kit

This kit is even more expensive than the previously mentioned Ignite Kit.

The price weighs in at $650 and is almost identical to the Ignite starter Kits, with the exception of it containing just 4 more ingredients, which hardly justifies the significantly elevated price when you consider that the 4 ingredient are not going to make that much of a difference. 

Like pretty much all MLM companies on this planet the compensation plan can get pretty complex. I like to joke that it forms part of their religion!. 

The company adopts what is called a Unilevel approach where their members can earn as deep as 8 levels in the compensation matrix and infinitely wide with their direct recruits.

To get the juicier commissions & bonus payments, you need to rise up the ranks. Thankfully there are not that many ranks, which should make it easier, at least in theory!. 

The ranks are as follows:

• Manager
• Director
• Executive
• Ambassador

Each of these ranks have 3 levels which are Silver, Gold and Platinum.

No, Xyngular has a solid range of (expensive) products behind it which prevent it from (legally) being labelled as a Pyramid scheme. 

However with the expensive products and possible problems in selling them distributors turn to recruitment as a means of making up for the financial short fall and to earn money, meaning in actuality there is a greater focus on recruiting than selling. 

...And a business that is not selling or has very anaemic sales is not a business that is in the greatest of health!. 

Legally and technically Xyngular may not be a Pyramid scheme, however, the manner in which its distributors operate may point in this direction.

Sure! Yes you can make money with Xyngular, but it all likeliness it is not very probable that you will make all that much money with them. 

The chart which is the official Xyngular Income Disclosure Statement tells its own story. Just over 4% make it to Silver manager rank and earn less than $1,000/month. 

While an extra $1,000 per month is not to be snuffed at. It is not something I would want to be earning as a full time income or to only have 4% Probability of achieving. 

No, Xyngular is not a scam. It is a genuine and bonafide business with a legitimate product range. You just won't make that much money with it - if any at all!. 

Is Xyngular Legitimate?

yes, Xyngular is legit and absolutely so. It is a legitimate business using a known and accepted business model with a product line behind it. 

Is Xyngular Worth It?

Because a business opportunity and company are legit, not scams and not a pyramid scheme it does not mean that you should go and try out their opportunity.

It by no way means that you will make money from their opportunity - just see the income statement as an indication of your probability of succeeding with this company. 

I do not recommend that you get involved with this opportunity. The products might be good, in fact the might be the best in world (for all I care!) but you will find it difficult to sell them due to the price range. 

I do believe this, the pricing of their products is what makes income potential so restrictive. Nothing kills a business faster than overpriced hard to sell products.
