Is Max International A Scam? Most Fail [FACT!]

• Double Diamond Rank: Achieving this rank you must generate at least 200 Personal Volume per month, recruit a minimum of 8 distributors, 4 on each binary leg,  have a minimum of 3 unilevel legs that has a Gold Rank Distributor one of which must be on each leg of your binary team, have your weakest binary leg generating a minimum of 160,000 Commissionable Volume per month.

Personal Volume: This is your own purchases and that of preferred clients.

Commissionable Volume: This is a points based system with points equal to the wholesale price of products. 

Max International Retail Commissions

The retail commissions are defined as when a distributor buys a product a the whole sale price and then sell at the retail price, with the price difference being your retail profit. 

Preferred customer that are on autoship earn you a 25% commission per order made AND a 50% bump in the Personal Volume of the products sold. 

Fast Track Bonus

This bonus is calculated on a distributor buys a Product Pack:

• Max International Personal Packs Earn US$60
• Max International Professional Pack Earn US$75
• Max International Premiere Pack Earn US$150

An additional Double Fast Track Bonus for qualifying distributors is possible when you recruit a minimum of 3 new distributors in a month that all buy a product pack at professional or premier pack. 

The earning for the double bonus is double what is paid for the regular fast track bonus. 

This is why you may experience your sponsor pressurising you to "go all in" or 

"max out" "start at the top". 

This is in your sponsors best financial interest and not necessarily your own. Never start above a level in which you are comfortable with. 

Remember, if the program works, it works just as much for the personal pack as does for the premier pack. 

Max International Binary Commissions

The residual commissions are calculated using the common and well accepted binary commission model. 

This copensation model places you at the top with an obligation to recruit a minimum of 2 recruits who are placed below you and on to your left and right legs, respectively. 

Those 2 recruits in turn are required to recruit 2 more who are also placed below them in the binary compensation model. 

With the binary model each level have 2x the number of recruits as the previous level. 

Your earning are calculated from your weaker binary leg with a 10% on commission paid on the Commissionable Volume for that month. 

This commissionable Volume from your weaker leg is matched with your stronger leg and then flushed. 

The remaining amounts, if any, is carried forward to the following month.

Binary earning are capped at US$25,000 per month. 

To qualify for binary commissions, you must have a Personal Volume of 50 per

month and recruit a minimum of 2 distributors who generate 50 commissionable volume per month. 

Matching Bonus

A matching bonus is paid by Max International for binary commissions earned by a distributor on their directly recruited distributors on a 7 levels down. 

Earnings are limited to US$12,500. The number of levels that you can earn the matching bonus on is dependent on your rank. 

• Bronze Rank: Can earn 25% commission on their level 1 and a 10% commission on their level 2 recruits. 

• Silver Rank: Can earn a 30% commission on their level 1, a 10% commission on their level 2 and a 9% on their level 3 recruits. 

• Gold Rank: Can earn a 35% commission on their level 1, a 10% commission on their level 2 and a 9% commission on their levels 3 and 4 recruits. 

• Platinum Rank: can earn a 40% commission on their level 1, a 10% commission on level 2, a 9% commission on levels 3 and a  level 4 and an 8% commission on their level 5 recruits.

• Diamond Rank: Can earn a 45% commission on their level 1, a 10% commission on their level 2, a 9% commission on their levels 3 and level 4, an 8% commission on level 5 and a 7% commission on their level 6 recruits.

• Double Diamond Rank Or Above: Can earn a 50% commission on their level 1, a 10% commission on their level 2, a 9% commission on theirlevels 3 and levels 4, an 8% commission on their level 5, a 7% on their level 6 and a 6% commission on their level 7.

The commissions are capped at 50% of the monthly Commissionable Volume. In the case of earnings here exceeding that amount they will be adjusted accordingly. 

Also, 

This bonus can't exceed the Commissionable Volume generated by their weakest binary team leg. 

Max International Global Bonus Pool

This Bonus Pool is funded by 2% of the company's total Commissionable Volume. It is paid to distributors who have grown their weakest binary leg in comparison to the prior month. 

Each 1,000 Commissionable Volume that the Weaker leg has grown they qualify for one share.

The Platinum & Diamond Bonus Pools

These bonus pools are paid to all Platinum Rank and Diamond Rank Distributors and is distributed equally. 

The Platinum Pool consists of 0.5% of the company's Total monthly Commissionable Volume, the Diamond Bonus pool is finded by 0.25% of the Commissionable Volume. 

Diamond Ranks are permitted to earn from both bonus pools.

Living Bonus

This bonus is 100% passive earnings for Distributors that maintain the Platinum Rank or above: 

• Platinum Rank Can get a US$500 a month Bonus
• Diamond Rank Can get a US$750 a month Bonus
• Double Diamond Rank Can get a US$1000 a month Bonus
• Triple Diamond Rank or Above Can get a US$1500 a month Bonus

Checking out and doing a detailed background check into any company and their business opportunity is something that you should do before making that decision to join or not to join them. 

I have already done and detailed their legal history, now let's see how they fair with some professional organisations and associations starting with the Better Business Bureau. 

Max International Are not accredited by the BBB, currently they hold a perfect A+ Rating. 

The Direct Sellers Association seeks to clean up the multi-level marketing industry's rather dark and obsecure image and reputation with an obliged code of ethics and standards that all their members must comply with. 

Unfortunately, Max International are not listed as members of the DSA and neither have their membership pending the completion and an audit. 

TINA as they are known for short check and report any findings of misleading and deceptive advertising practices by both a company and their representatives/distributors. 

Including misleading health claims, unsubstantiated income claims and false or unproven product claims.

There is no mention of Max International on the Truth In Advertising Website.  

The most common complaint that I could find across forums, independent blogs was stock piling of products due to the autoship of products. 

Some that did manage to rise the ranks were being dubbed "garage qualified" due to having a garage full of Max International Products they could not sell.

Something that caught my attention here I know for a fact that all multilevel marketing companies in Singapore are prohibited by law with the exception of Insurance companies. 

Max Cellgevity is a Glutathione based dietary supplement sold by Max International aimed to help your body to combat the causes of premature ageing by helping your body to produce more Glutathione. 

Cellgevity is also said to support optimal levels of Glutathione at a cellular level. 

No, 

None of Max International's products are approved by the Food and Drug Administration as the FDA as a policy do not approve of any dietary supplement for the use on or in the body to manage, prevent, treat or cure any illness or known disease. 

I have seen zero indication of any safety and hygiene certification in regards to their products being manufactured in a clean and safe environment.

They appear not to be NSF or cGMP certified or approved. 

It appears that there are very few known contraindications and side effects associated with the products and ingredients used in Max International's products. 

The biggest concern is how they may interact with any medication that you may be taking or how they affect an illness or health condition that you may be suffering from. 

Consult with your Physician and your primary health care provider before taking any dietary supplements. 

There are some things that I did like about Max International which were: 

• Perfectly rated by The Better Business Bureay At An A+
• No mention of misleading health claims or misleading or deceptive advertising practices by The Truth In Advertising. 
• The products are backed by clinical research and not "Oleum De Serpente"

There were some things that I did not like about Max International which were: 

• They are not members of the Direct Sellers Association. 
• Their products do appear to be very expensive, similar products are available for much cheaper. 
• There is a autoship obligation. 
• Expensive To Join. 
• No unique angle to their business or Unique Selling Point for their products. 
• They are just another lame run of the mill health and wellness network marketing company focusing on Anti-ageing and skincare.

This particular section, is perhaps the most important one for you. 

This why I take this the most serious and present only the facts, cold hard facts. 

The Max International Income disclosure statement reveals to us the facts and figures that we are looking for. 

Take a look at the last column for Platinum Rank. 

Only 45 out of 5,881 distributors managed to generate what could be considered as a reasonable liveable full-time income. 

That's 0.06% of all distributors. Meaning there is a 99.94% of you failing with Max International. 

Note: The figures shown are total income, not inclusive of taxes and the cost of running your business. 

Not displayed is how long it takes on average to reach the rank of Platinum Rank, rising as high as this rank can take as long as 6-7 years on average. 

With those facts displayed it is very clear to me that you can't make money with Max International. 

There is a strong element of "pay to play" with Max International due to the obliged purchase of a product packs for distributors.

Pay to play is something the FTC consider as key indication of a pyramid scheme. 

The obliged recruitment is an element of a Pyramid scheme also, the table below from MLMLaw.com is certainly telling us something. 

In my opinion, Max International fits the description of Pyramid Scheme perfectly well.

Yes, 

This there is no question or doubt about. This is easily concluded due to Max International paying distributors over more than one level. 

Max International is something that I suggest that you avoid due to the huge failure rate of their distributors demonstrating this is a very difficult opportunity to succeed with. 

There are also large concerns regarding how their compensation plan is structured and the "pay to play" element and obliged recruitment causing what, in my opinion is regulatory and possible legal issues. 

You have no need to complicate your life, sit this one out!.
