The more that you complete the higher you can progress on their levels and as Level rewards is the higher you rank the more you can earn.
Examples of tasks that you can do on Level Rewards:

Each task will earn you a certain amount of credit for completing the task. And when you get enough credits you can "level up" and unlock a new level and earn even more.

Level Rewards Referral Program
You can earn US$5 for every level that your referral goes up. For example, if you are on level 2 and you have a new referral that starts at level 1 you get US$5, when her or she rises to level 2 you get US$10.
This continues on up the levels in this fashion with a slight catch 22 situation going on.
You must always remain on the same level or on a level greater than your referrals.

If you can use a spare sim and and old mobile with an active number and use a specific phone number for those offers then try that.
Some offers will require your credit card information - don't worry they won't charge your credit card until the free offer is over.
You will need to cancel the free trail - if you don't you will be charged for on billing cycle and subscribed to the product.
Pro Tip 2: Use google calendar or a reminder app on your phone to cancel 3 days before the trial expires. Alternatively you can try entering the details on an expired card.
There is no obligation to take part in the trails that require you to use your personal details at all. These, though are the ones that tend to be the most beneficial.

If you are looking to earn an extra income online then level rewards is something that you could try if you are good at recruiting and keeping your team active.
There is no point in having a bunch of folks stuck on level zero and you not earning from them.
There are better ways of earning money online than going a bit crazy on this one full time as it can take a lot of recruiting.
