Is Freedom Mentor A Scam? Another BS Mentoring Program? [Review]

Freedom Mentor Is mentoring program for those that are seriously interested in real estate investing by Phil Pustejovsky. It is a program that can help you to get started and learn the complex world real estate investing. 

It is also aimed for those that want to upgrade their real estate investing skills and take them to another level by learning from a true expert real estate investor.

Freedom mentor is also the name given to Phil Pustejovsky's real estate education program and business. 

As a word and warning, Freedom Mentor and Your Freedom Mentor are not the same or to be confused with one and another.

Your Freedom Mentor is a known affiliate marketing program that is reputed to be a scam and has nothing to do with real estate investing

Who Is Phil Pustejovsky?

Phil Pustejovsky Is a real estate investor, coach and mentor to many successful professionals in the real estate industry in America. He is also an Author having written two books on the subject of real estate investing. 

He is the owner of the most popular channels on YouTube related to the topic with 70M+ Views. 

He is, as you can imagine completely financially free, having participated in over 3,000 property deals. 

He wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth and actually started from the most humble beginning having been, as ironic as it sounds for a real estate mongol, homeless & living from his truck. 

 He was lucky to have a mentor, he followed the advice of his mentor and the rest as they say is history. 

This is where his strong belief in mentors and mentoring comes from and having one is the strong foundation to succeeding in any subject. 

Given the right mentoring, anyone can achieve financial freedom, hence "Freedom Mentor".

Today Phil is said to be worth $45M USD - From flat broke to 45 big ones! definitely kudos.

The 50/50 Deal

With the mentoring program you will share 50% of your profits for every real estate deal that you close. 

So,

As a student you get 50% of the deal and Phil gets the other 50%. This is actually a good idea as it is a way of ensuring that both you and Phil have "skin in the game/deal" a vested interest in any deal or investment that you make. 

Phil claim's his mentoring students will be able to maneuver and avoid common problems associated with investing in real estate and boost his students confidence quickly. 

You also get a free copy of his best selling book to help you. On the Freedom Mentor website there is a great list of free training courses on the subject of real estate investing.

His blog and YouTube Channel also has quality content on the subject of investing in real estate.

How Much Does Freedom Mentor Cost?

The prices are not listed on the website, but after digging deep and researching I found the price is $3,000 one off fee plus $197/month plus 50-50 profit split on real estate deals.

This mentoring program is not for everyone, it appears to be designed as an exclusive program for those interested in Real Estate. 

There is no indication as what the prequisites are to qualify for mentoring just that you must be motivated and coachable.

I do get the impression that is not particularly for newbies or those struggling in life, more for those those that can afford a second mortgage.

There was not much that I liked about Freedom Mentor - in fact nothing at all. This is not something I take lightly at all. 

In 600+ reviews, only about 3 I have had to say that.

There is quite a few thing that I did not like about Freedom Mentor.

• Insanely Expensive!

$3,000 fee, +$197 per month and then a giving away 50% of profits that you make. that on heck of a real estate program - even if Donald Trump was mentoring you personally!.

• Not Going To Work For Your Average Joe

No explanation as how or why a bank or finance institution would be willing to back Average Joe who is struggling with his mortgage payments and give him a second mortgage to take on a real estate deal. 

• Better Courses Elsewhere

There are much better Real Estate training courses else where online that are much cheaper and don't oblige you to handover half you profits. 

• No Guarantee, No Refund Policy!

This Is NEVER a good thing. Given the expensive cost some $3,000 worth there should be some kind of refund policy.

This is quite subjective. Some people will make money with this program and the mentorship but the real question is who?.

This is really not for your average Joe or Jane, also how much money do you think you will be making when you give half of it away?

The Freedom Mentor, real estate mentoring program is not a scam. It is a legit real estate coaching and mentorship program which is aimed at helping you to get started in real estate - as long as you are willing to pay $3,000!. 

It is a genuine product within the bounds of the law and therefore not a scam.

It is my opinion that you are best not to get involved with this program due to the exorbitant fees and handing over 50% of profits. 

Plus, you are the one taking on all the risks, doing all the work. It's a dream business for Phil where he gets 50% of all profits and takes on 0% of any liability - how much "skin in the game" is that?.  

Let's assume your tenant moves out - you are the one with the burden on 2 mortgages until you find a new tenant!. 

There are much better and less complicated opportunities to be involved in.
